Went here a little before noon for 2 12inch sandwiches nothing special. The person in front of us ordered like 10 sandwiches so... that took awhile but was understandable. However, once we ordered a number 8 and 9 we were asked multiple times what we hadordered, asked about our bread multiple times. Then they were out of pickles and told us they couldn't get more because theycouldn't open the pickle bucket. Then we asked for a brownie and were told yes they have them but they weren't cut yet. So Iordered a large macaroni salad. They charged me for it then when I asked where it was the cashier (jessica) told me "someone hasto make it". By that time I told her nvm since we waited OVER 20 MINUTES FOR TWO SANDWICHES. Read more
Wow. Just wow. Spent 30 mins waiting for an order of like 8 sandwiches before us. The daughter of the owner?Jessica? She was... useless. Gave attitude to Becca and the other girl who were the only ones who knew what was going on. She didn't help at all.None of them could open the pickle bucket. Jessica made our order and didn't know how to do anything. She took down orders frompick up and messed up the order they were made. Then talked to the other girls like THEY were dumb because she moved thereceipt. We asked for a brownie she said they weren't cut yet. We ordered macaroni salad instead. She charged us. Then when weasked for us it she told us "Oh we have to make it" ok.... so we left w out it. She's absolutely useless at something as simpleas running a register or making a sandwich and she made everyone else that was actually working more distracted. He answered all... of my questions and provided pertinent information without me asking for additional details. I placed my order over the phoneand it was just perfect. What a sad place to call a store. I just went in and got a lettuce wrap #5 and my fiancé got a number 4. I got double meat and... this was the result. Almost paper thin. I placed my chapstick next to it so you can literally see how small it is. This is aliteral joke. $25 gtfoh. The previous experience was also terrible the bread was undercooked and made her sick.
