Been going there about once or twice a month for the last 2 years, but today was the last time I've ever buy another sandwich... from this location. **WARNING** Never be the first customer when they just open up. I was and to my surprise I was made a subwith day old dried out bread. I know, I know, "we make our breads fresh everyday", yeah that may be so, but this Port of Subslocation uses left over sub rolls from the previous day!!! Ordered a foot-long, got back to the office to enjoy it, but couldhardly choke down half of it, the other half went into the trash. First time ever I could not finish a complete sub. Read more

Its been awhile since I last visited this place and its still the Best Port of Subs on the East Side of Las Vegas. The food here... is fresh and tasty and the Customer Service is beyond Helpful more so here than most places. Though this place is good therewere times where things got out of hand. Today for instance there was this women who behaved "uncooperatively" and rude to theworkers who were being polite to her. Even verbally threatening to leave a "Bad Review". I doubt she'll tell the truth since shelooks like she wanted vindication or attention. I just wanted to offer my review even if it means so much or so little. Always liked Port of Subs better than Subway but there isn't one in my neighborhood. Now I work right around the block so I try... to go at least once a week. Each time I've bought a sandwich I had fast service, fresh meats, cheeses and toppers. I'll keepgoing back now that I know it's there! Read more

The worst experience I?ve ever had with a port of sub usually I order from store#104 if you?re in the area go to that?s one the... customer service is great and the management is understanding! I had placed an online order to be picked up and I ended up having an emergency so I was not going to be able to make it there... on time and to get to work on time so I called to have my order cancelled and supposedly the manager I spoke with wanted to tellme he's open until 6 but all I wanted t was my order to be cancelled why would I wait 2 hours pick up a sandwich instead of himjust being okay on his dad and we will cancel your order and refund your money. First visit to this chain and I was impressed. Paid about $25 for 2 sandwiches, chips, and drinks. I purchased the #6 classic... which was vegetarian. I chose 3 cheeses, toasted it, omitted the avocado, and selected toppings. The restaurant itself wasclean and the employee was patient while I was ordering. Read more
