Never tried Port of Subs before, thought I'd give it a whirl since they seem to have a decent looking vegetarian sandwich. Went... in. Stood for a couple minutes, and to this moment I'm still not sure anybody was actually working there. Except for the musicplaying in the back, there were no signs of life. After receiving no acknowledgement of my presence in the veritable ghost-townof a restaurant, I left. I guess I'll go back to Jimmy John's. Read more

Really slow service and service guy thought he was a comedian. Understsnd your customer and recognise the lack of interaction... clearly demonstrates that we were not impressed with your performance. We were there for food, not for you to practice yournight time gig on. Food was okay but 15mins for a sub is way too long. If you are going to copy a business model, at the veryleast be just as good, or better. Read more

Well, for the first time in all my years of coming to Port of Subs on Eastern north of Serene, I thought the service was below... average. Its 1830 hours and i just departed. It is July 15th. There were 2 employees there, a male and a female. The malewas his usual affable self. However the female didplayed a non-caring attitude. The female?s name was Karia. She was so?dull?. She had no personality, no joy, no friendliness, but she did display an attitude of, ?I don?t wanna be here?. I triedto strike up light conversation but it was to no avail. I received one word answers. As a customer I expect a little bit morein interpersonal skills. Karia should remember-that she is in a service oriented profession. People come because of theservice. Additionally, if there aren?t any customers you won?t have employment! Having a bad day, or having a headache, orwhatever is no excuse. Ive been there and I venture to say the majority of us have! But guess what? We can choose to have agreat attitude despite negative outside occurrences. On the positive side? She did her job!???? Other than the delicious sandwich me and the kids had today, what stood out the most during this visit was the outstanding... customer service. The young man who made our sandwiches was super nice and paid attention to detail when putting together ourmeal. The dining area and restroom were clean and tidy. No waiting @3:30 PM. Service good. Regular customer. This time the bread was stale. Didn't feel that it was fresh baked. The... next time when they ask what kind of bread I want. I'm going to say " the freshest baked" Then started to examine the ham. Itwas good. But . starting to wonder exactly what the weight is in each sandwich. Read more

Super tasty subs and salads...and dessert if you so desire! The best thing about Port of Subs is the taste of their food. The... sandwiches are flavorful and decently-sized and taste great with their chip variety. Their salads are huge and you can selectfrom all the sandwich toppings (including meats) which is awesome. Service is always friendly and helpful, although they can beslow at times so prepare yourself for a bit of a wait during rush hours. You can get outta here for about $9-10 and it's adecent portion for lunch or dinner. Read more
