Really slow service and service guy thought he was a comedian. Understsnd your customer and recognise the lack of interaction... clearly demonstrates that we were not impressed with your performance. We were there for food, not for you to practice yournight time gig on. Food was okay but 15mins for a sub is way too long. Well, for the first time in all my years of coming to Port of Subs on Eastern north of Serene, I thought the service was below... average. Its 1830 hours and i just departed. It is July 15th. There were 2 employees there, a male and a female. The malewas his usual affable self. However the female didplayed a non-caring attitude. The female?s name was Karia. She was so?dull?. She had no personality, no joy, no friendliness, but she did display an attitude of, ?I don?t wanna be here?. I triedto strike up light conversation but it was to no avail. I received one word answers. As a customer I expect a little bit morein interpersonal skills. Karia should remember-that she is in a service oriented profession. People come because of theservice. Additionally, if there aren?t any customers you won?t have employment! Having a bad day, or having a headache, orwhatever is no excuse. Ive been there and I venture to say the majority of us have!
