Never again will I go to this location. The owner made my sandwich?s. She put hardly any neat on the sandwich?s. She was in such... a rush to get the 2 sandwich?s done. I?m not sure why. No one was behind me in line. I asked for more tomatoes, she gave me oneextra. She wasn?t friendly. No personality. If you like bread and lettuce you will like this place. If you like to have meat onyour sandwich, don?t go to this location. The owner needs to stay out of the business and let the employees run it. Read more

This restaurant is not clean. Both air vents were BLACK. The workers do not wipe off the machines or counters inbetween... customers. The celing tiles also need to be replaced and have large brown spots. Male worker had on a hat but no hair net andlong hair was coming out the sides of the hat. He also looked to have poor hygiene. I had a last minute order of 2, 6 foot sandwiches needed within a few hours that I fully expected them to understandably tell... me they can't do, but the manager or supervisor said yes! but, it had to be now because it was right before the lunch rush, all3 employees including a new person worked so diligently together and were incredibly professional and courteous, I mean sonice!! Today was my first time ever trying Port of Subs and I was pleasantly surprised. So happy there is one so close to my house... right the corner of Rampart and Lake Mead. I ordered the NY Steak Melt, large size on white. When I came in, one lady wasgetting off work and the 2 other ladies were still working and keeping the line moving. They did great. I drove home to try thesandwich and wow! The meat was fresh and tender, the bread was perfectly toasted and all my toppings went well together. I willbe back! Read more
