I ordered the same sandwich as I do from EVERY port of subs I go to, an All American, but I asked for roast beef instead of ham,... so she said an 18 with bacon, and that it would be the same price.!! She made it, it looked great. Then she told the cashierperson 18 PLUS bacon. It came up a more expensive price, the cashier looked embarrassed to have charged that. The sandwichmaker said because I got roast beef it was more, even thou she said it would be the same, she even re-rang it the regular AllAmerican way and it was $1.50 different. Then she put it back as 18 PLUSE BACON and expected that I pay the higher cost. NOPE. She even offered to make me a DIFFERENT sandwich, another one, as an All American, with ham, and probably trash thefirst sandwich rather than charge me for just the all American she had just made. Does that mean they don't mind trashing aperfectly made sandwich over the upcharge of BACON, when I would have just taken the ham if it meant an UPCHARGE In the firstplace. These days even $1.50 is NOT the same price! I will roll myself on down the road to the Port of subs near theCentennial hospital, just a few minutes up to road before I will go to this port of subs ever again. I hope that $1.50 youtried to charge me was worth losing this customer, and ALL the people that I tell. Read more
Service was very quick. Unfortunately they have completely closed down their indoor eating and only had two tables outside. The... food was good. I really enjoyed their sandwich. Read more
Port of Subs is my go to sandwich shop, because the fresh bread, delicious ingredients and the amazing ladies working here just... make it an absolute treat to visit! Definitely one of the top sandwich shops around, it's a staple in our Vegaslifestyle. Thank you Port of Subs staff and ladies, for always being so cheerful and wonderful, you're truly my favorite groupof people to bump into! Read more
First off let me say this. Port of subs have better subs than Nastyway aka Subway. Came here with a friend who saw a Ads on... facebook " Celebrate there new look at this port of subs.With 3 dollars Classic Medium subs and 10 dollars, 2 foot Classic subs. My mom use to work for port of subs many years ago. Early 2000s. So I have always Preferred them over any Competition. The 3girls that was working was extremely super nice women. We had two tasty medium sized sandwiches this morning for breakfast after an early appointment this morning. My wife had the... turkey and cheese sub and I had the salami, pepperoni and cheese sub. Both were delicious. My wife drank cold tea and I drank amixture of 67% diet coke and 33% cherry coke. We both refilled our drinks to carryout after we finished our subs. Service wasexcellent. Employee was very friendly and patient as we decided on our choices of subs. She said with a smile that we were her3rd and 4th customers since she opened this morning. Wow. These people do not want your business at all. Go anywhere else other than here. We repeated our order multiple times and... the sandwich itself was fine. But, they were not happy that we came in 45 minutes before closing. They were already cleaningeverything up and saying things like, "you don't want tea, do you?" and "you don't want avocado, do you?" *heavy sigh* Realizingthat we were so unwelcome here, we said we'd just eat outside when they asked "for here or to go.". But, even this was not goodenough! They told us that the outside tables were theirs and we couldn't sit at them because they are closing and we might taketoo long eating. port of subs..... sliced meat fresh in front of you to edge them out over subway.... They have changed their menus since I... have last been in there.... I ordered a small Blackforest Ham with provolone on Wheat with spicy mustard... it was great andexactly what I was looking for for lunch. I think the price was sub 4 bucks too which was also a bonus. There was kind of along line and it was understaffed considering the time of day it was (lunch) all in all, it was a great experience and Iwould go back to this particular one again should I need a quick bite. I ordered a party platter and the toppings I wanted. Picked up the order and instead of having the toppings on the side, which... is customary, every sandwich now has all the toppings which is problematic. Very unsatisfied that my daughter's birthday meal istotally screwed up. Read more
