Tenya was literally the best thing since fried chicken. The line was long, just like her patience and kindness. This BOSS A**... beatuiful human had the kindest customer service. Went to Excalibur Location. Money was low in part to direct deposit not kicking in yet. Ordered kids Meal to hold me over. Menu... Price Said 5.49 . However I was told and very rudely. That price was wrong.. This by I guess some female who was themanager. She was very rude and dismissive to me. The cashier who took my order and the worker who gave me my food were friendly.Tried to get order for price it was posted as. Was basically told no and dismissed abruptly.. I have been in food service 45years, customer service 39, hospitality 38. The Industry has become jaded and sad. When I started out people enjoyed their jobsand gave it the respect and effort it took. I can't say all but nowadays it's a sad state of affairs when you go places and gettreated like nothing. I constantly hear COVID changed a lot of people's attitudes. My response to that is simple. MyFOOT!!!!! It was going on before COVID. Now people can use that as a Excuse. Bottom Line. These businesses across the world needto wake up. Stop keeping Rude,Lazy, Incompetent employees just because you need a body. I would rather be short staffed and haveran a store and restaurant due to terminating these types of employees... That's It That's all. Read more

All the 1 star reviews are right on the money and I should’ve stayed away. I make a mobile order and get to the restaurant and... the employee laughs and says they don’t have any chicken sandwiches and refuses to acknowledge me after that point. Then askedif the ordered items could be switched to available items and once again, got laughed at, and told “there was absolutely noway”. The manager then tells me she will not be offering me a refund and blatantly ignores me speaking to her after that. Thecustomer service here is just as terrible as all the other reviews state. The worst staff I ever seen! They hate their Jobs and seem to hate their lives and any human being that dare to steep up to that... counter to ask for chicken. The girl audibly huffed when I asked for a four piece meal with all dark meat then said no it comestandard you gonna get and named off four pieces of chicken that come with the four piece meal. I was hungry for Popeyes so Isaid ok. She rang it up and said that’s 52 dollars. I said for a four piece meal? She said you didn’t say four piece meal! Isaid I did and you just told me what chicken pieces you are going to put in the meal. She huffed again threw something andyelled for someone in the back as she walked away. Myself and everyone in line walked out and questioned why Popeye couldn’tdo better than this girl running the register. Read more

I ended up having a bad experience after ordering through the mobile app. Once I arrived I noticed there were two long lines,... with social distancing this made them even longer. After waiting for ten minutes I finally got to the front and realized therewas a shorter mobile pickup line. I got out of the other line and waited behind the other customer in the mobile line. Onceit was finally my turn I advised the staff named Patience that I had ordered through mobile, she immediately accused me ofusing a Tmobile coupon and said they don't honor those because they don't get paid back enough. I advised her that I had preordered and already paid, she continues to try to tell me I have to request a refund. I advised her I was just there to pickupmy food. She went to the back upset then finally returned found my receipt and started preparing the food. As you can seeshe had the tongs in her back pocket. I was definitely disappointed with the service I received and won't be returning to thisparticular location. Read more
