Today I visit the Popeyes at this location and I was so upset not only that the restaurant is closed. You have to wait outside... for about an hour to take your order and they take one order at a time making it very slow and by the time you get your food andyou get home to eat it everything is extremely cold or dried up this has been the worst experience I've ever had with Popeyes atthis location so hopefully the manager can hire more help if they're under staff and they need to do something about it and notmake the customers suffer. I was extremely upset that I even called corporate about this hopefully they can go in and dosomething to make this Popeyes location better. Read more
I Drove up at 9:17 PM on a Thursday night. Take a look at the picture to see the cone in the drive through blocking access. I... then parked and went to the front door to walk in and the restaurant was closed. They state that they are open till 10pm?..butit?s 9:15 pm. No explanation, no sign. Nothing. I swear out in LV there must be something wrong with their restaurant's. Went to one and they was closed until 2pm because they... didn't have chicken or someone didn't opy. So I ordered from there app for the first time and they had an offer to get a meal for 2 for $9.99 which had 6 tenders, 2 sides,... and 2 biscuits. Now not only did I not get what I ordered, but no one cared to tell me that they didn't have tenders that theyand that they would substitute it with 6 regular pieces and then I asked for one dry and mashed potato and I only got fries.Like wow! HORRIBLE service. Had to tell the girl three times what my drink was and she had to remake it each time. Also ordered a kids... meal and she just gave me a 10 piece nugget in a kids bag. The whole time she was glaring and rolling her eyes. I hate going tothis Popeyes and I absolutely know better but I was dumb enough to go here today. Never again . Read more
Wish I could give zero stars. Why EVERY time I go past 8pm they're either closed or out of chicken? If that's going to be the... case CHANGE YOUR HOURS!!! I'm sick of this place. Add to that the employees are rude and unprofessional. I don't even writereviews but I feel it's my civic duty to tell people about this place. Double check your orders before you leave. I had ordered a 3 piece dinner and a shrimp tackle box dinner. When I got home I had... a 2 piece dinner and only shrimp and a biscuit. Plus there wasn't a receipt in my bag so I couldn't go back to complain or getmy order corrected. Not the first time I've had problems at this location either. Read more
Lobby was closed, but the drive thru was working. There was a problems with using the app, as the store was not appearing in the... app, but the manager did her magic and still honored the app pricing. The new spicy blackened chicken sandwich was really goodtoo! Read more
