NO WALK-INS?????? Come on, Popeyes, you need to allow walk-in business! I was there to pick up an online order and had to walk... through the gas station doors because this location leaves their doors locked. It's ridiculous that you're closed to walk-ins, Iwatched someone walk into your store from the gas station and he was told "no walk-ins!" and the guy was like "what?" and theysaid "these other guys are here for online pickup!" That was it. Like literally just pushed someone out the door. It's not likethey couldn't have rung the guy up. If I were him I would never come back to the place with how rudely he was treated. Zeroattempts made to provide a decent client experience. Additionally, as I came to pick my food up, there was again no attempt tobe cordial or smile or anything. Purely transactional. You might as well be selling Popeyes out of a vending machine at thislocation! I will, however, mention that their food is always stellar. They have their processes down and make good food,always. But they need to realize they represent the Popeyes brand and are not representing the brand well, at all. I place 5stars only because their average review is super low already and I wanted to get the attention (hopefully) of the businessowner. Will switch to 1-star if Popeyes doesn't open their front doors within a month because it's just ridiculous that theycan't serve clients the normal way. ***Updated to 1-star for no walk-ins - seriously makes the whole experience awkward foranyone who tries to get into their doors, I saw one guy shaking his head saying "I will never come back" because of theawkwardness of how they push clients away that walk in through the convenience store*** Read more
Absolutely horrendous customer service and the food was horrible. The chicken was completely dry and cold. The chicken thigh... was smaller than a drummet. They forgot to put a whole chicken sandwich in our bag. The spicy chicken sandwich was dry and the bun was hard. I ate there twice while in town. Two different experiences. The second trip wasn't great. Mid order while in drive thru they... switched who was taking the order. There was some miss communication and didn't get items we asked for. Only sauce we asked formore than once and didn't get. Read more
My coworkers and I tried to get lunch here and when we pulled up the diner was closed with a note saying to go through the drive... thru. We went to the drive through and the lady taking our order said we could not do separate orders because it wouldinconvenience her. Did not matter the inconvenience to the customer. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had at a popeyes. I will say their manager is one of the rudest people I've ever... met in my life. He's the black guy with large glasses and short hair with a funny voice. The dude has a chip on his shoulder inhis demeanor and derogatory behavior was unacceptable. Whoever put this guy in charge should be fired along with him. I will bemaking a formal report to corporate because this guy should not be anywhere near a management position. He should be working thefryer as far as I'm concerned. Learn to speak to people correctly. I feel especially bad for the employees cuz I overheard howrude he was to them in his tone and attitude.
