If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Sat in the drive thru line of about 5 cars for 20 mins. After reaching the window I... was asked to wait in the front for my order to be prepared so I did. Literally wait over 20 mins for no one to ever come. Wentto knock on the door since it was locked and an employee literally looked at me and walked off without helping. The manager ,Debra, finally to the door and said my food had just started getting prepared, then change her story to they threw or gave thefood away. Buy the time it was all said and done I waited over an hour for food I never got. The first time I came to thislocation the charged me for someone else?s family order that was no where close to what I actually ordered and ever afterspeaking with corporate management the solution was never resolved. employees are walking around on their phones Decided to givethem another try since my husband wanted food from here and was just reminded of why I HATE Popeyes. Being from Louisiana and having eaten at the Original Popeyes in New Orleans on multiple occasions and having worked at Popeyes... in Louisiana I found that the spicy chicken was not spicy at all. I couldn't even see any seasoning in the chicken. Had a goodflavor but I have had much better. Read more

Great food, only thing that disappoints sometimes is the speed of getting the food. I use the drive-through every time.... Sometimes they're very quick & there's no wait time at all, other times they'll make you pull up & will bring the food out toyou but I've waited upwards of 10-15 minutes a few times. Read more

They were a bit busier than usual... Apparantly,there was an issue inside the store that needed immediate attention... bad customer service. Waited in line for 20 minutes. I offered 5 chicken and I got 3 small one. And mac n cheese is half full.

Worst customer service ever every time ?? I said my order at the drive-thru and it was repeated back perfectly to me. Then I... went up to the cashiers window and read the screen myself and corrected my order. Then after a 16-hour shift and stopping atPopeyes and getting home almost 40 minutes later come to find out that I still have to cook dinner for my daughter because theplain chicken sandwich that I had corrected multiple times with multiple employees for the same order still was incorrect. Ithad mayo all over it! I have been calling the Popeye's on lake Mead and Civic center for over 40 minutes and not one time didthey pick up. This Popeye's closes up early they can never get orders correct and they have the worst attitudes in the worldwhen you are just trying to make sure that your order is right because they never can handle getting a order right. At thispoint Popeye's is stealing my money and I'm really starting to think it's on purpose because it's the same people that keepmessing up the same orders. I ordered a Popeyes great chicken sandwiches, or so I thought that's what I was ordering. The first chicken sandwich I had was... so rubbery you could not chew it. I came to return the old sandwich, the guy made comments that I had eaten half the sandwichbefore returning it. I told him no, I hate the edges when I went to bite the middle it tastes like rubber and I couldn't eat it. So I made a second trip to Popeye's on Lake Mead replace.
