I was so disappointed. Only the drive through is open so I waited about 20 minutes to order and about another 10 for my food. ... I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips with red beans & rice. took almost 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru...not because the line was super long, but because they were only taking... and completing one order at a time. When you would pull up to the box to order your food, If the previous car was still at thewindow getting their food, you were told to hold until the car at the window pulled away and then your order was taken. Now youwould think with waiting this long you would get some fresh food, but that was not the case. The side of fries I got with mymeal was a small box of cold old tasting french fries and the top bun on my sandwich was hard, and the chicken piece was roomtemp at best. I did give this review 2 stars because my sandwich was prepared per request (no pickles) and the fella at thewindow was super nice. Other than that, this was a terrible experience. Read more

I love Popeyes and live right next to this place but refuse to go there and would much rather drive to a different, further away... one. The lines are absolutely atrocious for absolutely no reason. Every time I go there's always one or two cars ahead of me andit still takes 20 minutes before I can even order my food. To put the cherry on top, last time I went I waited twenty minutesand once I pulled up to the window they told me they ran out of chicken. No apologies just, "were outta chicken." Then my dudejust cut the mic and left. Part of me kinda respected it until I remembered I was still hungry so I had to go to anotherPopeye's. Really hate how ridiculous the wait is for no reason. The worst Popeyes in the Las Vegas Valley. This is not the first time I?ve been very disappointed with this location and will... not ever go back. I have been eating Popeyes for well over 20 years and I am very dissatisfied with the service and quality offood. I ordered through the drive-through A three piece original chicken platter and asked for a breast thigh and wing coleslawand red beans and rice. I got home and open my box to a small drumstick and a large drumstick that was bigger than the thighthat was in there, not only that the Rice in my red beans and rice were very hard and undercooked. The coleslaw did not eventaste fresh and I had one bite of it. I had to ask for my drink twice because they forgot it. I paid almost $12 for a meal thatwas very unsatisfying. Read more
40 min wait in drive through. With five cars in line.Then they give me my order with no sauces or honey. I then ask for sauce... and honey. He gives me four hot sauces and two buffalo sauces. I came here for the first time and got the $6 box, ordered red beans and coleslaw. The drive thru line was super long and it... took forever. The customer service was awful. Shame on me for not double checking to make sure they got this simple order right.I left and after a mile down the road I realized the coleslaw wasn?t there. I was irritated and had to drive back. Therestaurant is closed so I walked to the window. They were rude and made me wait several minutes outside in the cold and gave methe coleslaw. Wow, such a simple order and they couldn?t even get that right. Please? this is 101 restaurant handling. Look atmy reviews, all 5 stars, but once in a while (2-3 times a year) I have to be real and make attention to these simple tasks. Notcoming back. Fix your store.
