Drive thru the young man was very courageous and polite, friendly. That's all fine and good but your food is not up to standard.... My red beans and rice was just rice and my shrimp basket was very small and most of them was shrimp tails, so good luck with mecoming back. Read more
Disappointed... Every time I order the 8 pieces family meal, they always give me 7. I order 7 spicy and 1 mild for my little... girl. This is the second time they only give me the 7 spicy pieces but forgot the mild piece for my kid. I paid for 8..shouldn?t I get 8.???? Read more
Love the food they have to offer but boy do you have to have patience for service it's really hard to find good and time... efficient fast food when the teenagers are running the business. Double check your food before leaving or driving off. Don'texpect good customer service depending on the day. It's the new reality. Terrible service waited in the drive-thru 36 minutes to get my order .During this time several employees walking around ... with no clue that there was 14 cars in the drive-thru. Most of them were just getting off work apparently. ORDERED macaroniand cheese and the cheese was not melted .there was more cheese on the outside of the container then inside. Popeyes has never let me down. It's always delicious, service isn't always the fastest, but I don't mind cause everybody loves... that chicken from Popeyes! Plus, I always have a big order so that might actually be the reason, duh. Keep up the good food. Read more
Literally the worst Popeyes in existence. The staff is rude. The manager is useless, literally walked outside and refused to... help his staff.
