The service was incredibly poor. The young lady taking my order in the drive through was very disrespectful. Wouldn?t listen to... my order and she was rushing me, when I was asking a simple question she just pushed us through the drive through. Then, Waitedin line for about 45 (only a few cars in front of me) and then as I?m asking for sauce and checking my order ( she didn?t giveme a receipt) she said ? I have other cars y?all need to go. As I?m checking my order I notice that my fires aren?t even in afry bag. They literally just threw them in the bag with my food and handed it to me. I've been to plenty of hole-in-the-wall eateries and none of them were nearly as bad as this location. This place was a 180 to... any other franchise I've visited previously. I'm giving 2 stars just because I watched them prepare my food which still held upto Popeyes standards. But the place was dirty inside and out! The employees looked like they just crawled out of bed straightto work. They spoke to one another as though there weren't customers standing in front of them. There was literal trash on thefloor which nobody bothered to clean. Everything was in disarray and the all-around environment was filthy. This location is always slow! The food is okay and the staff are nice. What I don?t like and what I don?t understand why... management doesn?t do something about it, is homeless hanging around, no lights in back around the drive through, no lights onthe menu board so it was hard to see at night. I love Popeyes its on of my favorite place when I get a chance to eat fast food. I ordered cauin rice got red beans. The spicy... chicken sandwich was hard old an gross not one of them both. The time I ordered at 8:13 an didn't get my stuff untill 8:45 anthere was no one in line or in the store. Then go to call the place no answer last night an this morning. I'll start with the cons, the only one being that they always forget at least one item from my order. This last time I ordered... the 8 piece family meal, and they forgot all the biscuits. I would've gone back to get them, but the drive is really out of theway. Outside of that though the food is always fantastic, and perfectly cooked. Every other location I've been to tends to fallshort; especially with the chicken breasts, but here it's actually fantastic. Hopefully next time I can give this place 5 starsif they can get the whole order in the bag. Read more

Busy location and slower service are my only negatives, chicken sandwiches were very tasty, their new chicken tenders are a good... value (24 piece, 10.99). They are big and the white meat was tender and juicy. The 24 piece gives you choice of 4 sauces, if youwant more they are 25 cents a piece. The large cajon fries are huge, enough for 3 or 4 people. The sweet hot sauce was deliciousand the peppered ranch was really good too. Service today via drive thru was good albeit slow, about 15-20 minutes. Read more
