Horrible service, we got the pizza, pasta and cheese sticks and there were bunch of hair in cheese sticks. So we called and told... them what happened and the guy said he will talk to manager but they refuse to talk to again We called several times more theypick up but never say anything. This place is close fast and easy. And the pizza is especially yummy. We got the pepperoni and jalapeño with onion on regular... crust and it?s always good. They?re really fast too which is great when you?re hungry! Read more
First time i ordered from the 1131 tropicana location, I ordered boneless wings and other items online, didn't get the wings,... but also didn't get billed for them, so just reordered them, np. Second time i was missing 2 sodas, parm cheese, dips, andboneless wings again, but this time I got charged for all of it. Also, spent a half hour trying to get some one on the phone tofix it and, no luck. I guess it's no more pizza hut for me! Read more
We came and something happened With our order online and Ricky was so helpful and assisted with placing another order as we... waited in the car ! He was so sweet ?? Ordered pizza online from here and it just never arrived. 24 hours later and it still says my order is being prepared. ETA: to... management, you have my name, you have the store. If you really cared about customers you could proactively go through yourincompleted orders.
