I ordered a simple stuffed crust pizza online. Said it would be done by 5:15. I arrived to pick up at 5:20 with two other people... waiting for their online order. Waited about 15 minutes to receive an order that wasn't mine. They took the pizza back andwaited another 5 minutes for an update. I finally asked for my money back when they said it would be another 10 minutes for thepizza. During this another customer came in and reported the wrong order was given to them. Ordered 2 Detroit style pizzas and an side of bread sticks. Was told 43-53 minute delivery and it was 75 minutes. The cheese... pizza didn't have any sauce, so I paid a lot for cheese bread. Don't think I'll be sending any more business to Pizza Hut. Read more
Ordered for delivery. Sent someone else's order. Called store to find out what they were going to do about it. Hung up on me.... Had to call corporate and walk in the door with corporate on the phone to get acknowledged. The "manager" was definitely not amanager. We were told I don't know anything I just started. By each employee. Hope you get a manager in there. But regardless wewon't be back to experience you poor customer service experience. So much for second chances. Read more

Do not order Chicken Alfredo: next to nothing sauce with a bit of pasta, and chiken pieces are so tiny that you barely notice it... has any meat, including lack of amount. Dollar Tree sells $1.25 diner CA boxes which I better. PizzaHut, your $9.99 includesbread sticks that better be replaced by more protein maybe?.. The place is overpriced as well. Order somewhere else! Theirparmesan shaker for 99c is the only reason I give it another star. Read more
