Order was fine, HOWEVER, when I paid, I gave them $21 in cash and then was told it was $11 on the card I was using to pay the... rest on a $32order. Ok cool. Paid that. Then got the charge notification an hour later and they charged me$14 in store on mycard instead of $11. I was not notified of any extra card charges or tip before hand. I tried calling the store, no answer. Although it's only a few dollars, if they do this unacknowledged by other customers, who knows how much they are stealingdaily. This is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!!!! We ordered delivery to our hotel room and it took almost 2 hours for the pizza too arrive and not... only that but they forgot 1 whole pizza that we payed for!! We tried calling but they would not answer the phone after holdingfor 20+ minutes. We don?t usually write bad reviews but they surely earned this one!!! If I?m being 100% honest, before moving to Vegas 2 years ago I would?ve never guessed that I?d ever be leaving a full on 5 Star... Review for a Pizza Hut Location. Not only has the Pizza been cooked perfectly and delicious every time at this location, thewings have followed exactly the same every time as well. Since the first pizza I?ve been coming back for 2 years now and if youwant some bomb pie and wings hit this place up. The location is super easy to pull up to and park and EVERY time (Employee)Angela is working I leave smiling and happy! Thanks for being so great Angela! Went to pick up an online order 15 minutes after it was ready thinking it was plenty of time only to find out that they forgot... to make one of the pizzas. The guy who was checking me out didn?t apologize. I asked if there was anything they can do to fixtheir mistake since it would take another 15-20 minutes, his response was simply ?well, it has to be made?. Even when I wasleaving, I asked for crushed red peppers and he said they are $1 now - at the very least he could have thrown that in. Such ahorrible experience. Read more
