Ridiculous! Waiting for my pizza for 2 hours now! Tried calling the store but no ones answering except for the call center which... cannot do anything! This is why I?ve always ordered Domino?s but this time they are not covering my area since it?s a newcommunity. That?s why I went with Pizza hut but this is ridiculous! I?ve never waited this long for a pizza!! Imagine how longit has been sitting in the store before getting it delivered! This should be a 0 star review! Update: Got my order after 2hours, requested the pizza to be cut into squares came in triangle and also how would you like a burnt cinnamon roll????? Read more

The worst experience ever!!!!! What happened to Pizza Hut? I've ordered cheese crust pizza paying extra $4 dollars and I did... NOT get any cheese crust; it was a just normal pizza. Also, I?ve ordered a pepperoni pizza and 3 of the slices did NOT have anypepperonis on the pizza. I was on hold for 3 different times for at least 10 mins to talk with anyone at the store. 1st personjust transferred the call right away when I said ?I just got my order?; and was on hold for 11mins. So, I hung up and calledagain, I swear they have a caller ID cuz no one picked up for 10 mins, so I hung up the call. Finally, I called using new orderprompt and I was able to talk to a lady, but she said this is regional order hotline will transfer the call to the store and Iwas on hold for 10mins again before I hung up. I?ve reached out to Pizza hut and they said someone will get back to me, but noone did. Initially, I just wanted my $4 back, for not receiving the item I?ve ordered. But now I?m so upset I want a fullcredit back! Read more

Order was not delivered in full. Unable to resolve this over the phone and I needed to drive to the Pizza Hut to get the items... that were missing because no one was answering calls or the outsourced call center that Pizza Hut is using now was really busy.Why they outsourced customer service is beyond me. I used to be able to call the branch I ordered from and get any issuescorrected. Now, after waiting 10 minutes on the phone, I decided to just drive to the Pizza Hut which defeated the purpose of meeven ordering delivery, to get the items that were missing from my order. I understand that sometimes items are missing fromorders. That is fine. But not being able to settle this quickly with the branch I ordered from is unacceptable. When I picked up my online order, which was ready a few minutes after the scheduled pickup time, I opted not to leave a tip. The... store manager literally admonished me in front of other customers and employees for not tipping as I walked out the door. Goodlord. Read more

I will never order Pizza Hut ever again thanks to this location. Ordered online for pickup and when my husband arrived they flat... out told him they didnt have our order even thought he showed the cashier the confirmation email. When they finally gave him ourorder , he brought the pizza home and it was the worst 20.00 spent. Pepperoni was burnt to a crisp and stale. Wish i would ofchecked the pizza before walking out of there. A warning to others..dont waste your money. Read more

I didn't think I could be disappointed in a pizza hut- I mean, I don't expect it to be that great. But wow- they really outdid... (under did?) themselves this time. This location has to be the worst in town (maybe in the country). How do you achieve a onestar rating on yelp? That's a super special talent. They not only delivered me a raw pizza with no toppings but they didn'tanswer their phone when I called to tell them this. I was on hold for 20 minutes and only when I hung up and called back andpressed 2 for "place a new order" was I answered (shocker that they don't want to fix problems but are willing to take moremoney). The rude manager kept putting me on hold in the middle of my sentence- like over 15 times. I couldn't even get a word inand he never was able to hear what was wrong because he was just being so rude and dismissive. I called corporate and they gaveme a fake apology but no resolution until they "look into it" which is insane because now I have a raw pizza I can't eat andI'm Out $20 and this place with more bad reviews then I've ever seen in my life is still open and taking orders. These arefranchises to my knowledge and everyone who owns one should be furious with this location because I won't (and many otherswon't) risk ordering from any Pizza Hut again given that corporate doesn't even help if there's a problem. Wake up and holdthese guys accountable- they are affecting the business of everyone who owns a Pizza Hut and they don't care and clearly neitherdoes corporate. Read more

This Pizza Hut which is the only one near our home is the has the worst customer service. They offer contactless service but... don?t ever bring the food out. They make you wait and you still have to walk inside. Their workers are rude and don?tacknowledge you (except for one younger guy) This happens every time. We love Pizza Hut so we continue to go back atleast weekly(shame on us). I have gone out of my way in the past to buy from another location further away due to the poor management andpoor time management skills at this location. Read more

I ordered from here over a year ago and although I had a bad experience I thought I?d give them another try, big mistake. How... is a pizza place so consistently bad at making pizza? Over cooked and no sauce, again! The ingredients weren?t fresh and itwas like chewing on cardboard. Pizza has three main ingredients cheese, dough and SAUCE!
