I ordered a dinner box and a 2 litter. The pizza was fine but I didn't get my drink. The delivery person said they didn't give... it to him. Why he didn't look at the paper on the box I have no idea. I tried calling the store over a span of 30 mins to get arefund for the drink and when someone did answer the phone I was put on hold and the call ended. Don't know if the call wasdisconnected or they hung up. Door dash delivered it and I dont have good experiences with them so had I known they woulddeliver I would have not ordered. I specifically ordered pizza since they should have a delivery driver. I get mistakes happenand I'm not tripping off the drink just wanted the money back but to call and call and no one will answer is annoying. Read more

I ordered pizza for dinner and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I got a message saying that it would be delivered... by doordash which was not a problem,.. check the app and it said to my pizza would have been delivered at at 10:48 10:50. Atthat time the app said that it was 2 minutes away it kept bouncing from 2 minutes to 3 minutes to 2 minutes to 3 minutes to 2minutes and so on. I called the doordash driver and he said that he was still waiting on my order; after I made the call it wasdelivered the pizza was Stone Cold... I was told by him that he was waiting for my pizza which means it should have been hot itwas not I'm very dissatisfied we wind up not even eating it and throwing it away. Used contactless option no answer so had to walk in. The sauce for boneless wings were not on the wings it was under so we had... to mix it. Pizza was cut so badly it had odd shapes and was overcooked. Parts were hard and a shame since it was a stuffedcrust. This store seems to be getting worse each time. Read more
Pepperoni pizza was over cooked & Olives were obviously just thrown on the pizza. There was not enough sauce on the chicken,... mushroom & olives pizza. Other chicken & mushroom pizza had about 6 pieces of chicken. Called & spoked with the General ManagerRudy who said he has made my whole order himself! I ordered a pizza from this location. It took almost an hour to arrive, even though the location is about 8 minutes from my... house. The delivery person was curtious enough, but the pizza was terrible. I ordered it "Extra Well Done" on the specialinstructions. When it arrived, it was not well done at all. I also requested "Extra Sauce". I was challenged to find any sauceon it at all. The pizza seemed to to have sat around a long time before it was delivered, because it was very dry on top, withthe veggies and meat looking old. It was only luke-warm at best. Unfortunately, this is the second time in a row that Iordered a pizza from them and it is wrong. Please check out the photos I took of the pizza, just seconds after it arrived anddecide for yourself if is extra well done and has extra sauce on it. Ordered 2 large pizzas and a Big dinner box for delivery through the App. Driver arrives with only Dinner box and 1 pizza. I?m... calling the Store to let them know I?m missing part of my order and no one is picking up the phone. I purposely stayed on thecall and drove to the store to show them that I?ve been calling and no one picks up. Arriving at the store you can clearly heartheir store phone ringing non stop & no one answers the phone. I?m extremely upset bcuz I had to drive there personally toresolve my issue and could of just picked up my order instead of being charged for delivery and tip. Lack of customer service.The guy at the register was having a hard time finding my order and printing the receipt. He had to call the manager multipletimes to help him until finally the manager came to assist him at the register. This store is clearly having problems andcustomers should beware of the service to expect. Read more
