Ordered Today they picked up once left me on hold my order was late and no one picked up after tht . Once my order arrived it... was wrong And we just paid all that money for something incorrect and it was burnt. I decided to call again due to the saucebeing incorrect and pizza being burnt. After 20 minutes of waiting Sady who said she?s a manager was rude said they don?t havethe sauce I ordered but instead of them telling customers or calling they just made the incorrect order and delivered it smh . I was telling Sady who said she?s the general manager my concerns she was rude and she was saying ?mhmmm and uhhhuh? hercustomer service was rude and just unprofessional never again. Pizza Hut do better especially with your managers Smh . Stuff Iordered wasn?t correct and my pizza was burnt and your general manager was just rude . She said she will give a refund butbased off her attitude she probably won?t . And I will be calling a higher up after this smh Read more
The pizza here is normally great. But on this visit they made my order wrong. I could here them talking in the back about an... order being wrong but never guessed it was mine. The person brought it up, handed it to me and said have a nice day. I get outto my truck and open up the boxes and both pizzas were wrong. I went back in and confronted the guy at the counter. I told himhe knew my order was wrong when he handed it to me. He just looked at me and just said "yeah". He make no offer to correct thepizza's. I would have had him remake the pizza's if i had had the time. In the email review I was sent I even provided my phonenumber when asked if they could call me about the incident. But here were are a week later and nothing. I visit this pizza hutat least 4 times a month. Looks like I will have to find somewhere new to eat. I spent over $30 on 2 wrong pizza's without eventhe barest of apologies. Read more

I ordered pizza online for carryout today. The pizza was cooked well not burned, and the order was correct. This was my first... good experience at a pizza hut in Vegas. Normally something is wrong, the pizza, is burned, they forget the sauce or something.This time it was a 9/10. The front desk person could be a little more friendly and say hello or thank you though. Don't get me wrong, they use to have good service. When I ordered pizza with extra sause they use to actually put extra sause on... it. Now it seems like it's a pre based pizza they grab from the back pre cheesed and everything. They put no good work intotheir pizzas and don't give you what you ask. My friends ordered a pizza and at first they didn't make it half and half. It wasmore like 2 and a half slices of one kind and 5 and a half of the other. Then they call and complain about it and they send usanother one back but it's like two different size pizzas together. Read more
