Never going to a pizza hut in vegas they are not good at all. There are too many other pizza places way better than to waste our... time and $$ anymore. Hubby went to pick up pizza asked them specifically if marinara sauce was in there that comes with cheesesticks. Instead of them checking they assured they were there get home and it wasn?t there. Went back to get them and they gaveus cold sauce to go with our hot cheese sticks smh. Second time got burned by them at 2 different establishments just notgood.They have gone down hill. Probably not coming here again. Got 2 pizzas delivered, one of them was wrong, no big deal we'll call. Can't get ahold of... anyone, get put on hold constantly to just he eventually hung up on. The phone number isn't even the stores number its a centerthat "transfers" you to the store. I have a newborn otherwise I would've just gone down to the store myself but this isridiculously bad service and I don't think it's worth the risk or hassle to come here and have to deal with again Read more
Pizzas were delicious and hot. I am giving them a three star only because we waited for an hour for our pizzas. I ordered... online and the website stated 15 minutes for carry out. I preferred the pan, hand tossed are always good too. However, pan isdefinitely a must. Read more

Every time I come to pick up food for myself or an Uber eats order no one greets you at the front, whatsoever. I will usually... wait about 10 minutes before I see a face, this is unacceptable. If they are short staffed or busy that?s fine, but acknowledgeyour customers and let them know that someone will be right with them. I don?t understand what?s going on when this happensevery single time I come. It?s very disappointing as this is the closest Pizza Hut to my house. I dread going in the store to beignored and this is a safety concern to have no one at the front of your store for a long period of time. Read more
