My boyfriend went to pick up an order. It was not ready in 15 minutes as the website stated. Their employees were arguing and... yelling with each other in the back. Then two more employees showed up to work, went into the kitchen and no one washed theirhands. The manager told one male employee that he was always late and threatened to fire him. The female employee who justwalked in said, you are not going to fire him. The manager said you can't tell me who I can fire. The female employee who justwalked in put her hair up in a ball and did not wash her hands before fixing pizzas and handling food. My boyfriend waited over30 minutes. When he got home, the pizza and wings were barely warm and the food and packaging was covered in pet dander. I havepet allergies so I can feel pet dander in seconds. If you have pets, wash your clothes that you wear to work to remove the petdander. It was so bad we threw the pizza and wings in the TRASH. Could not eat it. Thirty dollars wasted. I called the store todiscuss the matter and the lady hung up on me. We have gone here before and never had a complaint. We will never go back due toemployees not washing their hands, plus they carry pet dander into the store and it goes all over the food and packaging. Read more
I ordered the food. After waiting 30 minutes it says it will be another 30 minutes for delivery. Then after that it says it will... be another hour. 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered is crazy. Then it never arrives and I still get charged for it. When I callI just get out on hold for 10 minutes after waiting that long I just hang up. Will never order from pizza hut again. Read more
The items I ordered were ready on time and prepared as I requested. The pizza tasted great but the bread sticks were very hard... and we dud not eat them. Read more
They did not have a clean pan to make the pizza I ordered and made no attempt to contact...walk in to pick up and they still... didn't start. Avoid this place...manager needs to either get to work and wash some pans or be fired. Totally unacceptable fora business. Read more
This location needs to be shut down like its China One neighbor did. I've never had any other location demand I sign a receipt... at the store even though I paid online for my food. If the lady with the visor, glasses and receding hairline wanted extra moneyfor Rogaine, she needs to find another gig. Disappointed and will take my money down the street to Dominoes. Read more

I ordered the same thing I always order for my family every single weekend for 6 years. A cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. ... They butchered the pepperoni pizza. The cheese pizza was wrong entirely and Sent every topping on it. When I called to get theorder fixed the guy who answered the phone told me I was wrong and I got what I ordered. He told me I could order and buysomething else if I was unhappy. Thank You for giving me a great reason to switch to papa johns or Dominos. Horrible product,horrible customer service. Manager "Anita" sure has a horrible attitude that seeps through the phone and cold part is I just wanted to change my bread... sticks to cheesy bread and her attitude turned it into a whole review not being "a typist" when repeating my number bacc andthen hanging up on us as the customer.
