Originally the wait was long, but the delivery driver's professionalism and friendliness made my day.

The worst pizza hut experience ever. 45 minutes for delivery. My pan pizza wasn't cooked enough as there was NO CRUNCH to the... crust and it was only slightly browned. The wingswere old and only got 6 instead of 8 (i took a picture, but dont know how topost it here(. Just pitiful. I ate because I was so hungry. So I'm not looking for anything in return. Our first time ordering Pizza Hut in Vegas and it has been the fastest delivery we have had any where else. The meat lovers... stuff crust pizza was on point and very delicious. Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Order was placed at 5:52PM PST. I elected to get the text Tracking. At 5:52PM PST I was... sent a text and given a link to monitor the progress of my order. At 6:11PM PST I received a text that said: "Your order is outfor delivery!" (The text even had the exclamation point.) At 6:46PM (35 minutes AFTER receiving the text, I called the store.The system took another 4 minutes before I was talking to a real human being.) At that point, at 6:51PM PST (40 minutes AFTER Ireceived the text saying my order was "...out for delivery". I was told that my order was STILL AT THE STORE!!!! and had NOTeven left yet!!! At that time, ironically, a delivery driver just happened to be there and was told to deliver my order. Ireceived my order at 7:02PM PST. The delivery driver said, "Sorry, it was a mistake.". The pizzas and bread sticks were COLD -NOT even warm - but COLD. The buffalo wings sauce had even started to coagulate. ---This order was put on my US Bank Visa cardand I want the $39.00 refunded to me immediately.
