On the 30th of July22 I ordered a personal pan which was excellent. It had the Pizza Hut signature crust.. brown and tasty. So I... ordered a supreme pizza with bbq wings. The wings were good but the supreme pizza which I think that was rushed because thedough was not cooked properly. I took two bites and I couldn't eat it. It had a aftertaste. Decided to go with this location one last time before giving up on Pizza Hut entirely. After they closed the Elkhorn location we... went to the Hualapai, but a cpl months ago they became very unsatisfactory. Pizza Hut has been my go to Pizza place since I wasa kid so thank you. The food was delivered hot and tasty. Adding to my previous deliveries. I ordered wings and pizza on 4/22/22. The food was still... great. I always get the same pizza special but switch up the sauce and toppings and usually get 1 other item. This time I chosethe honey bbq boneless wings and they were phenomenal. One other time we added the mini cinnamon rolls and omg, they were madeperfectly with the frosting dripping off the rolls in a nice microwavable tray. Everything we get from Pizza Hut is great. Ialso added the garlic sauce. Another great choice. And last but not least..The delivery drivers are Awesome. I always get noncontact delivery and after dropping off my orders they wait by the street until we get our stuff which I think is veryconsiderate seeing all the porch pirates we have these days. I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. I had a 2 litter pepsi bottle included in my pickup order. I arrived to the store at 8461... Farm Rd Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89131 and the manager told me: here's you order. It's already paid for. The items were on thecounter and the manager, sitting, never raised his head to even look at me. I picked up the pizza box and the box with wings andwent home .Then I realized that the 2 litter Pepsi bottle was missing! The manager never put it on the table . I called twice tothat miserable Pizza Hut store. I first spoke to a woman and asked her to deliver the missing bottle. She said no, and that Iwas supposed to grab that bottle from the fridge on my way out. What?? Why would I do that? When I pick up an order the store issupposed to give me all the items that I ordered. I hung up and called again a few minutes later and the store manager pickedup, I recognized his voice. Again, I asked him to deliver the missing item which was never presented at time of pickup. Herefused and said "you want the Pepsi bottle? Come and get it". Shameful. That person should not be a manager of a Pizza Hutstore. He's not fit to even wash the dishes. How disgraceful. Shame on you. I have posted this review on Google Maps and onYelp. Read more
Had my order as requested - as I had ordered my pizza hours ahead of time. Sadly, I forgot to put my mask on (busy day) when I... went inside to pick up my pizza. The girl was very kind and smiled while she rang up my order and I appreciated her smile andwalking back to my car I realized I did NOT have my mask on - very disappointed in forgetting my mask. Was a very busy day for the store when I got there, but overall the wait time was not too much and the staff on duty was quick... especially Patrick who was excellent in handling the customers.
