food that was thrown in box with no care! I ordered a dinner box waited a hour and 30mins my pizza was cold when delivered the... pizza said it was on its way over 45mins ago I called the store multiple times and they kept putting me on hold no answer thedriver finally showed up and was unwilling to help us get ahold of store very poor customer service I'm very disappointed atthis point also asked for light sauce on pizza it had extra sauce on it instead this is the worst experience I have had not onlydid the store delay and ignore my calls but the delivery driver was rude and did not care 2 hours later and the store has stillkept putting me on hold Read more

This is the worst pizza hut,. Unfortunately it's the only pizza hut that delivers to me so I still order from it on rare... occasions but out of 15 orders only 2 have been correct and on time. And the staff is normally rude. There has been 3 employeesthat I have been nice and apologetic when the orders were wrong but I don't think any of them still work there. Overall customerservice is terrible and besides not getting what I order the food is not up to the Huts quality. I definitely do not recommendthis place. Tbh, I've had some funky experiences with this location, BUT the manager has ALWAYS fixed whatever the issue was immediately,... and politely. People make mistakes, it is what it is, but the food is good, and when it isn't, they make sure it will be. I canrespect that. Read more

READ THE REVIEWS! Don?t order from here! 1/5 stars! Terrible customer service and handling. This is by far the WORST pizza hut... location i?ve ever gotten delivery from. It took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza even after I received an alert stating mypizza was out for delivery. I called the store MULTIPLE times and couldn?t get a hold of anyone. By the time I got an answerfrom anyone, a man named ?Steven? answered and he was absolutely annoyed. I stated I hadn?t received my pizza and would like anupdate for my order, I had let him know I had been trying to get a hold of someone from the store to which he snapped back at meand said ?We?ll lady you keep hanging up by the time I get to the phone, I was outside smokin a cigarette.? I ordered online. I ordered a large 5 topping but all i wanted was extra sauce, pepperoni, and double mushroom which would have... been only 3 toppings right? Well when i tried to order the extra mushrooms i got charged. I placed my order and then tried tocall and tell them to put extra mushrooms on and add on a Pepsi and i sat on hold for 25 minutes till i got the notificationthat my order was out for delivery. Once i got my order my pizza didn't have the extra sauce i requested. In fact it hardly hadany sauce at all. It was like cardboard. Inedible!!!! Never again. I have been a faithful Pizza Hut customer for years. I moved to a new residence and decided to try the new location... well what a fricken disappointment. Received my order and both parts were messed up. I ordered the pasta family meal with 1Alfredo and 1 Tuscan marinara yet I received 2 Alfredo because the store was out of the pasta marinara sauce well that wouldhave been nice to know if someone had the decency to let me know I would have cancelled that part of my order. then the pizza Iordered pineapple bacon extra cheese it was cooked beautifully however for some reason they put pepperoni on it. I have a mildallergy to pepperoni it causes me to get basically like a sunburn on the roof of my mouth so I called and they said they wouldremake it. it took over an hour (I live less then a mile from the store) to get here and I get it it looks OK until I pick it upand the underside is not cooked I?m going to have to turn on my oven and finish cooking it. I can?t even. Let?s be real honest Iused to work at a pizza place I know what it takes to make a pizza it?s not that difficult but this location can?t even get asimple order right I don?t think I?m asking for much I could be wrong. It would be a good idea to reach the staff how to make adamn pizza or find staff that does. Bravo! the A Team was working today! Pizza was ordered and delivered quickly. Hot. Delish. Chain restaurants don?t always... perform to the name they created for themselves. For pizza, I usually order from smaller mom n pop shops but the kids talked meinto the Big Box. This location did not disappoint. Well done. Read more
