Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - (3) Combination Pho and (14) Small Pho with Rare Steak, Brisket, and Tendon. The soup was extremely... delicious and flavorful and they were generous with the amount of noodles given. The brisket, tripe, and tendon were great butthe flank was quite tough. They were generous with the side of bean sprouts and mint which were fresh and tender. Ambience: 5/5- quiet with faint holiday music. Very clean surfaces with warm lighting that flickers a bit Service: 5/5 - was in theresturant at around 6:45 PM on a week night. The server was very quick and to the point but attentive to ensure we hadeverything we need Value for price: 4/5 - a bit more pricey compared to the shops just a few miles away in Chinatown Read more

I have been looking for some decent Pho and Spring Rolls in Las Vegas. This restaurant definitely has some of the better Pho... I've tried in town. I wish they had a Small Pho option, they told me they no longer offered it when I tried to order it. Thelarge is too big for me especially when I order spring rolls. I do wish they would add rare steak in the combination bowl, someof the meat was thicker than what I'm used to in Pho. Other than that this place was delicious, I now know where to go for goodPho. There are so many pho restaurants in this city, and this one is our favorite. Annie and Long were friendly and great service!... The rare steak here is the best I've tasted in a pho restaurant. Been here or ordered from here so many times, had to write areview. Read more

10-8-2021 Fast service. Plenty of parking. -A5. Pho Chay (veggie pho): beef, chicken or vegan broth options. Decent tasting, but... pricy. $9.95 -4. Pho Tai Bam (pounded rare steak): delicious and clean broth. Definitely prefer the pounded steak over thesliced steak. Better texture and more tender. However very small portion size for the price. $10.95 for a small Like otherreviewers stated, it?s pricier than Chinatown with smaller portions. Also some of the menu prices aren?t updated, so don?t besurprised if your bill is higher than expected. Will come back to try the Com ga Roti (braised fried chicken with five-spice,garlic rice. My go to dish when I first try out at a Vietnamese restaurant is always a Pho Dac Biet, having eaten hundreds if not thousands... of them all over the world. Here at $10.95, about norm in Vegas. The bowl came out looked kind of skimpy, perhaps because thebowl was quite big. Inside it has the usual beef brisket, tripe, tendon, beef balls and other cuts off sliced beef. Noodleswere a little on the small portion size. Herbs were the customary bean sprouts, jalapenos, basil. Overall flavors on point, service adequate. Most important for me on this weekday lunch, there's hardly any customers which felt safer during the pandemicwhen eating out. Read more
