At 6:55 p.m. my wife and I walked into Papa Murphy's to get a pizza and the gentleman behind the counter. He then asked we were... picking up and we said no, we wanted to order a pizza and his response to that was " We aren't taking anymore walk-ins tonight!"At that time he was making a pizza for a customer so I asked him why and he said " we don't do anymore walk-ins after thistime", I mentioned that it was one pizza and the answer was still no. I asked what the difference was between making one orordering online and once again his answer was no. So we went out to the parking lot, ordered the pizza and waited. 30 minuteslater my wife walked in, got the pizza and then asked him again about the difference between walking in or just him simplymaking it, he told my wife " I'm not going to explain why, gave her the pizza and locked the door as she left!!" The entire timewe waited, not one single customer went in to pickup or even have one made and that was in a span of 30 minutes!. Will we evergo back to this location?, absolutely not!!.. Read more

I came in with my kids for the first time today. As soon as you walk in there's a weird dough smell that you get used to while... placing your order. The customer service was good, not great. The pizzas came out pretty fast. The taste was good but mymarinera sauce tasted a bit off. I checked the date and it was expired. Will be back as my kids did love the pizza. My family & I normally love Papa Murphy's, so it pains me to write this review because this visit was extremely disappointing.... We walked in to place our order about 30min prior to closing time & they had already packed up all the toppings & had themstacked on the counter. The girl seemed annoyed, but took our order & they proceeded to start opening up the containers andmaking our pizzas & salad. When we got our order, my friend questioned the salad (which was only 1/2 full & looked literallythrown together) & was told, "That's the way the salads are." Ok.... Then we get home and the pizzas were sloppily made & lookedas if no care whatsoever went into making sure they were correct. The Mediterranean pizza was missing the artichoke hearts, hadbare spots with just crust exposed & I really don't think they put the sauce on at all. The pepperoni, which is normallycovered, again had bare spots & was just thrown together. For both pizzas, I had to spread the toppings out myself because itlooked as if they just dropped a handful of toppings here & there (the pics are after I spread them out). It's unfortunatebecause, like I said, my family normally loves Papa Murphy's, this time was just really disappointing & we will be findinganother location. Read more

Something was wrong with the dough it was completely stuck to the pizza board. When trying to remove during cooking it stayed... stuck. Looks weird also. Read more

First time in Papa Murphys and YOU have to go! It?s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Half Chicago Half 5 meat... stuffed is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! Very upset with how they handled a mistake made on their part. So.... We had ordered a couple pizzas back on Halloween night. 2... jack-o-lantern shaped pizzas were actually regular medium sized peps. We called immediately after we got home and noticed. Theysaid to leave our name and number and that our pizzas would be replaced with large peps for not giving us the right size orshape pizza. We called in to order 5 more pies today and get our 2 free ones, THEY DENIED WHAT THEY SAID. After noticing thatthey would not give us what they said they would do for messing up. We hung up and ordered from another place. This is poormanagement or staff not communicating properly with the customer to resolve problems. Lies were told and from the start gotpeople excited during these times for a dang jack-o-lantern pizza and then gave us smaller basic pizzas for more than what theywere worth. I feel ripped off and I feel like they just don't care. This is not going to be a place i will recommend to anyonenor will I support. They lost a large order today and will continue to lose our business. I hope they make some changes realquick on how they handle mistakes in house. Read more

Heard about this place so we just went to try it out... we didn't know that they don't cook the pizza you have to take it home... and cook it... the girl was super nice and very helpful... we were super hungry so we just order a pizza to take home to cookfor later but in the mean time we had to find something to eat now... the counter girl gave us a super suggestion... how awesomewas that... but anyway we got the thin crust, spinach, artichoke hearts and bacon with alfredo sauce and it was superonolishous... we will definitely be back...
