This establishment not only brought me some pizza breadsticks and brownies but I also got a nice warning surprise of cockroaches... with my dinner. Disgusting. Order was ready and waiting at 4:03pm. Got a text from doordash driver at 4:20 saying my order got paired with an order that had... 15 pizzas in it? I didn?t receive my pizza until 4:45-4:50.. (over 40 minutes after it was out of the oven) the pizza was notwarm and the garlic sauce was a paste and not liquid anymore. Very disappointed. Read more
Place is a complete disaster. Always slow. Dozens or receipts and papers on the counter. Unprofessional and don't know how he... keeps things in order. The pizza station is s complete mess and I know they usually don't wear gloves to make pizza but man I'mglad it wasn't for me because this cook looked liked she hadn't showed and is constantly rubbing her sweat from her head on herforearm and then tossing dough which of course touches her forearm. I used to order nothing but Papa John's.. never had issues. Of course I order delivery one night I wasn't feeling well so my... kids could eat. Why was the delivery person holding my pizzas upright? My pizzas were slid to the corner. I tried calling withno answer, emailed them, no answer, called back to see what the resolution was...spoke to Miranda (I'm assuming who was themanager and let her know what was going on. She said just to call back when I want it replaced. Welp I am literally on holdright now demanding my damn credit and have been given the run around 3 different times. I am LIVID. We want our money back and at this point the extra $11 we were screwed out of in the tip for the driver who... demolished this pizza before it got to us. I?ve been on hold now for over 30 minutes. They said over an hour ago that the remadepizza would be here in 20 minutes from a different driver. The same driver showed up and I showed him how long I?ve been onhold. We will NEVER order from this company again. And I?m still on hold to get my money back. 35 minutes now. Read more
