The WORST Customer Service EVER! I had an issue with my order (items missing) when I called the store to address it the lady was... very rude and cut my off . Then proceeded to say it's not their app having issues it's "the user". This is who Papa John's wantsrepresenting their Brand?? That's Customer Service? First time I have ever had Papa John's pizza and the last. What a complete waste if money. First off they forgot my soda and... the food was ice cold. Great experience for the first time. These guys put out some ????. This location actually makes food for our schools! ???? All... fresh and no nonsense. Quick service and friendly staff. I?d try it again for sure to see how interesting the other items taste???? Also serve wings and bottled soda in 2 liters. Good times when you have a papa john pizza for the football ???? game. I haven?t ordered Papa Johns in over 6 months. Last time I ordered, pizza was dry and cold. The time before that, pizza was... burnt. I was really disappointed because Papa Johns has been my favorite since I was a teen. Today I decided to give themanother chance, and everything turned out exactly how it should. Ordering online was easy. My order came out correct, pizza andbrownie was hot, fresh and NOT dry. Pizza delivery man, I wish I caught his name, he made sure he told me the sauces were insidethe box, and he was quick to get my order to me. Polite as well. Awesome job everyone! I would have given 2 stars if you it was their driver. But fortunately it was doordash driver who screwed up my entire occasion.... Nake sire when you order delivery you call them asap and advise them not to send it through doordash. Doordash driver marked myorder as delivered when i had 6 kids waiting to eat. I ended up calling and picking up my order myself. Thanks you anthony andtony for correcting the mistake you both had no control of. Read more
