My son loves pizza so I have ordered from here many times in the past. Several times of pizza is not cooked as thoroughly as it... should be. When I order online they have it so you can do curbside pickup but it's default setting is always carry out. I don'tknow why I should have to always change it to curbside. Right now my blood sugar level is not good so my brain is not as clearas it should be. I forgot to change it to curbside and honestly don't have the energy to walk in. I called them to ask them tochange it to curbside and the person's response was he didn't know how to do that and it was just too complicated. Has he everheard of a sticky note not that hard? Now to order delivery you have to talk to a call center can?t order at the actual store. It?s so frustrating when you get a... foreign person who cant understand you and can?t place the order. Didn?t get the pizza I ordered. I wanted extra sauce, it was made with less than original sauce and burnt bottom. No sticker of... freshness on pizza. Taste of pizza very bland. I ordered extra sauce one time before and it came back soggy. I guess the cookersof the pizza there hate their jobs or something. I won?t order there anymore?. The worst pizza I have ever had. The delivery timing was great, the delivery guy was great and very polite, however the pizza... was horrible. I ordered Hawaiian. When I got it the cheese was cold, the Canadian bacon was dry and tasted like rubber. Overallit was disgusting. I Will never ever order Papa John?s again. I?m sorry for the bad review but I paid $25 plus $4 tip and Iended up throwing the pizza away. I only ate two slices and that?s because I was starving. The rest went into the can. Read more
