Derek Jones, the store Manager left me on hold for 40 minutes while calling to make an order right. The first time I ordered for... all of my employees, I was told it would take 30 minutes which was perfect because that is around the time my employees go tolunch. It ended up taking over 2 hours to get to me. I call back and they tell me that I can get 2 pizzas free next time. Os idecided to call and order and get the pizzas pizzas plus more, for my employees again, and i was left on hold for 40 minutes. 40minutes. I only stayed on hold to talk to the manager, and I was informed that it was the manager, Derek who had done. Then wewas combative with me after i complained about being on hold. He said, "we are busy, what do you want me to do about it". Andthen followed it up with "So, do you want to order or not because i have things to do" . I will never in my life order from PapaJohns. I ordered from This location for lunch for my employees. I was told that it would be a 30 minutes delivery time. It took 2 hours... for the pizza to be delivered. Because of so, I was told that I could call back and get 2 pizzas replaced. So once again I amattempting to order pizzas for my employees, and after telling them I’m looking to order plus get the 2 pizzas I was promised,I was put on hold and I’ve been waiting now to speak to someone for 30 minutes!! Pizza but no soda. I'm nice, so I tip the guy 20% anyway and he tells me, if it's not in the car he will bring back 2. 1 hour... later I call the restaurant and listen to the evil clown from Spawn repeat his hold message for another hour. Picked up byhumans every few minutes with no conversation, just back on hold. An hour... Not even close to well run. It's just pizza. Godknows if you were doctors. Read more
WARNING!! Specifically placed order for WELL DONE pizza. Our pizzas were SO RAW the a pizza cutter wouldn’t even cut... through the raw dough. Called the store chose option 5 to get management, was directly put on hold & left for 20 min, no oneever picked up. I call back and choose the place an order option explain the situation and was told they could remake them , that’s a NO THANKS for me, HERE’S WHERE IT GETS EVEN MORE RIDICULOUS… he then informs me if I wanted my $ 38.14 creditedback, I “ HAD TO DRIVE TO THEIR STORE AND BRING THE PIZZAS.” What a complete joke. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, & NO IDEA ONHOW TO THROUGHLY COOK A PIZZA SO THAT IT IS SAFELY EDIBLE. If you like raw pizza, want to get sick and receive the worstcustomer service order from this place. Pizza was ready at the time of pick up and made the way we ordered. Tasty pizza and the papadias was good.
Undercooked pizza even when I ordered “Well Done” clearly. Overkill on the toppings it’s small pizza I mean it don’t... need a solid layer of sausage or pineapple just a few spread out is logical each side. $15 w/ delivery very pricey and unhappywith results. Poorly trained , just don’t care or management needs to manage these people better. I know this is not PaPa Johnstandard I will be emailing main offices possible the health district about this location and my experience if not contacted. Read more
The delivery driver was nice but the pizza was just gross. Management didn’t even offer a replacement, let alone a refund.
So my husband and I stopped at this papa John's and there was only 1person working,well besides the delivery driver. The young... man Derrick Jones was there by himself making pizzas and taking orders. Give this man a promotion cause he was there holding itdown all alone.
