I ordered two medium pizzas a couple of days ago.They were the WORST pizza I've ever had, and I'm old. The Crust was paper... thin and soggy, all the topping would fall off. The worst tasting, too salty and tasteless. My husband and I ate somewhat oneslice of each. Alfredo and Philly steak , we immediately toss them in the trash. We're taking Papa Johns Pizza off our deliverylist. I'm sure they must be emailing me like crazy with pizza offers, I'm glad I gave them my phony dead box email, its neverbeen opened in 8 years he he eh. Don't waste your money here, there's gotta be a better pizza shop. I do feel 99% of the 4 or5 star reviews are FAKE I think the public is finding that out. Read more

Order the Pizza online waited 20 minutes or more to go pick it up....It wasn't ready or at least she said it was in the oven... come to find out it wasn't...Took my refund and ran.. Read more

I ordered pizza, wings and a 2 liter of Mt. Dew on September 3, 2022, only to find out the drink was forgotten upon delivery. I... called the store and talked to the manager, Otho, who was very apologetic and offered to pay for my next pizza. Fast forward totoday, September 8, 2022... I called the store and spoke with Otho again about redeeming the free pizza that was promised. Thisman is AMAZING!!! Nont only did he make good on his promise, he comped my ENTIRE ORDER! I was SUPER in shock and extremelygrateful for Otho's awesome generosity. I love the Papa John's location on Jones. I have NEVER encountered a problem with thembefore this incident. Inconsistent service. I live 3 minutes away, had a small order with a generous tip and no updates over an hour after I placed... the order. Yeah, cancel that and refund me please. Told driver has a few stops to make before mine, but I refuse to pay for coldfood and lack of a follow up call when you knew the order was delayed in the first place. Read more

The quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it's good and other times... not so good. My last order convinced me that it's better... to spend extra on local pizza places. It costs more but tastes so much better. As they say, you get what you pay for. Read more

I haven?t had Papa Johns in a long time. I don?t know if you guys have changed ingredients or what but the pizza has gotten way... better. Pizza came out perfect, and it was delivered on time. I have ordered delivery from this location about 20-30 times most times are normal, good pizza, I like the garlic dip. But... several times my pizza has come and been a massive mess in the corner of the box... It once took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive,I had to call them and they told me it had just been sitting on the shelf, they sent it out and it came smashed up and ice cold.Tonight I received my pizza all messed up again, this will probably be my last time ordering from Papa Johns.
