I went there friday night and got a pizza and garlic knots! First of all they took way more time than they should have, they... were just walking around, going out, then coming back, lot of cursing at each other, which I didn?t really care but the foodthat I got was all burnt! I placed an order at 10:30 am for 4 pizzas to be delivered at noon today for a birthday party. Called at 12:05 to get an ETA, I... was told 5/10 minutes. Called back 10 minutes (12:20) later still searching for pizza. Spoke to manager promised driver on theway. I asked for ERA as I had 12 hungry kids for a birthday party that ends at 12:30. He put me on hold and never got back tome. I called numerous times after and I could not get through to the restaurant. Needless to say, at 12:40, the guests startedto leave with no lunch served. As we were leaving the venue where we hosted the party, Doordash calls me at 12:57 with my pizzasan hour later. Firs of all, if I had known you use DoorDash, I would have ordered from Pizza Hut across the street. Also when Icalled the first time at 12:05, if the manager was honest with me and told me the pizzas were running an hour late, I could havegone somewhere else and picked it up as carry out myself and still been back by 12:30. I am very frustrated that we hosted aparty, promised the families that we will provide pizzas for lunch for their kids, yet we sent them home with empty stomachs andstarving. This is the worst service ever, and this is why I don?t order from Papa John?s. Never again! The whole experience wasabsolutely bad. Avoid this location, my pizza was under cooked and soggy. The toppings were scattered in a spotty pattern... like a hand full... of stuff here, and another hand full of stuff there. And I also found some unidentifiable stuff on my pizza as well,something that can only be described as twigs. Threw out the whole pie after two slices, total waste of money. Read more
I used the order for future pick up and set the pick up time for 7:45pm. I received a notification at 7:25pm that it was ready... for pick up leaving the pizza to sit for 20 minutes before I was able to pick it up The pizza is lukewarm which is verydisappointing. This leaves thinking twice before ordering Papa Johns again. Read more
Recently placed an online order at this location. It was 10 minutes before closing, and they immediately canceled my order with... absolutely no explanation. I had ordered it via contactless delivery, so I didn't realize at first that they had canceled it(they sent an email but didn't try to call me). I ended up waiting for an hour before I realized it was canceled, which at thatpoint, was too late to order delivery from another business. I get that it was 10 minutes til close, but an explanation or aphone call as to why my order was canceled would have been the least they could have done. If they don't accept orders 10minutes before close, they should prevent you from ordering. Marco's pizza at least has a 15 minute lockout from placing anorder before they close and I think that it is a much better system than just canceling my order without any details or notcalling me to inform me that it was canceled. Additionally, they don't allow you to email them complaints and because my orderwas canceled, I couldn't even use the web portal to enter my information (because my order number was invalid). gotten food poisoning 3 times from their garlic knots. because the dough in them is not cooked all the way. this time i ordered... a pizza with extra cheese the pizza came uncut. so when i cut it at home all the toppings came off leaving just the tomato sauceand crust that wasn't cooked all the way either. Easy online ordering. Friendly service. Hot and fresh pizza at a fair price. Was a great pizza night.
Unpleasant and unfriendly staff. Literally hiding in the back and not doing work. Get better employees
