I hadn't eaten Papa John's in years and I saw your advertisement for their stuffed crust pizza so I decided now was the time to... try it. It was excellent! I love stuffed crust pizza and this was so much better than the other chains stuffed crust. I alsotried the Jalapeño popper rolls and absolutely loved them!!! A pizza order isn't a pizza order without some boneless wings andthey were top notch too. My food was delivered timely and hot. My next pizza order WIL BE PAPA JOHNS! Read more
Dear Poppa Johns Team, Mgmt, and corporate! This evening the delivery driver Anthony was absolutley amazing and just freaking... AWESOME! I have two small Yorkies, one of which is an absolute A$$hole, and has been known to bite when of course the door bellrings. My little dogs got by me and Anthony was not phased at all, he didn't kick em even though I might have myself! Rather hewas super calm, even said hello to Ammo and Roxie! I thanked him for being so nice to the dogs even though I about had a heartattack they got out! Just prior to leaving he said he made sure the extra sauce I ordered was in my bag and everything was alltogether. Anthony! Thank you sir very much for being so kind! Does anyone get trained at this location? There is garlic sauce covering the entire pizza box, the garlic knots aren't even... close to what they should be, and there was no bbq sauce even though I requested it. Not to mention how burned everything was. Read more
I ordered 3 pizza for delivery they were all burnt some more then others. The specialty one was also very dry witch you pay more... for it I couldn?t even eat the crest I have always loved Papa John?s pizza but I will not order from then again at thislocation. Before leaving a review today day I read some of the other reviews many had the same or worse then mine. When Icalled and talked to the manager he said I would need to bring it in I tried to explain I didn?t have a car that why I had itdelivered. I thought maybe he would say I could get like 10% off my next order or something but no nothing. Read more
4 stars for flavor and for fixing their mistake. Our order came in disheveled, it appeared to have tumbled over on the way to my... house. Called the store and the store offered to send new ones without any problems. Weeks before that there was another issuewith the order, but the customer service wasn't that good. I used to love Papa John's pizza. But after a few instances with theservice and quality, I will have to hold off on doing business with them. It's a shame really. Horrible experience today. Ordered delivery and food never showed up. Spoke to manager Chase and he stated since the no contact... option was selected we would not receive a refund. Driver said it was delivered to the house with a chair and some kid came outto get the pizza. I have no chair at my entry and my front camera had no motion to record any delivery. I have a been a customerat this location for years. The fact the manager hung up on us is unacceptable. Do not order anything from this store. Even longtime clients should move on to a different chain from the poor customer service - as this was unacceptable. NEVER ordering frompapa johns again. Will NEVER recommend this chain due to this experience. Read more
