Ordered the yogurt and fruit cup and it was quite good! The older lady at the desk went out of her way to be courteous and... overall make my experience as pleasant as possible. I've seen my fair share of lower-tier public bathrooms but this one smeltfresh and was extremely clean.(granted it was 7 AM on a weekday) Read more
I ordered a Pick Two of a Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza and a Goddess Green salad. For some odd reason I got a pizza with no... pepperoni. The pizza had cheese, tomatoes, basil, and some kind of sauce. It was a waste of money bc well...it was disgusting.I'll be going to get my pepperoni pizza tomorrow. I called but guess what? No answer then a busy signal came on. Clean and beautiful as I walked in. Employee smiled and greeted me. The menus were jot changed for the evening so no salads were... advertised until I mentioned it. Food came out and I ordered for pick up. As I got home I noticed both of my meals were veryunsatisfactory foe the price I paid. I will not be back unless I eat inside. The bowl was hardly filled halfway and it was $12and I paid for double chicken on the salad. Do you see ehats missing? Absolutely unsatisfactory if you are picking up. Love Panera Bread. Especially love this location. I know Panera is the same everywhere, but the customer service at this... location is fantastic. They really make you want to go back. The customer service at this location is always excellent. They arealways friendly and helpful. Nice job Michael the store manager for running a great operation. Your leadership shows throughyour employees. Food is always fresh and delicious. I like the fact that they serve 100% clean food , without any artificialpreservatives, sweeteners, colors,etc... that is really rare to find these days anywhere. Overall:This is the best Panera Breadin Las Vegas! The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. Nicely decorated, contemporary decor and very inviting . The food isconsistent and is prepared like it is suppose to be. They have kiosks for convient ordering and their app for ordering is greattoo . The restaurant is very clean and the cashiers were nice and remembered to ask me about my Panera rewards. They have verynice and big parking lot and also this location has a drive-thru. Wonderful location, large cafe inside and outdoor seating, near freeways, gas stations and shopping. Nice customer service! In... addition, unlike several PB cafes in California this location still brings the order to your table so customers won't trip andfall with their food. Stays open late. Read more
