Went to this location twice my order got messed up today and had to drive 25 minutes back to the Panera to get my order... corrected was a little upset but Leila was nice and courteous and had the order made and made sure everything was ok it?s rareto find people who really cares about the customer now days but she went above and beyond to make sure the experience was worthwhile cant be mad at her it?s the workers in the back not making sure the order is being placed correctly overall customerservice is A1???? I came here for breakfast, coffee, and WIFI. I got a nice scrambled egg and cheese sandwich, good tasting and hot coffee, and I... had to eventually use my own phone hotspot for internet access on my laptop because the WIFI was SO SLOW! Panera WIFI Speedtestshowed .73 Mbps! I could not even load a website on their WIFI. Read more
Yo, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, not a salad sandwich. The Tuna salad sandwich had almost no tuna just like this... sandwich. What a ripoff. Usually Panera does a better job, they dropped the ball this time. Read more
placed some catering orders to feed friends and family before my wedding one week and before an event i was hosting another... week. everything was made exactly as we ordered, ready when we asked. food was all great quality. 100% recommend their breakfastand lunch assorted packs if you have a bunch of people to feed! Love Panera Bread. Love their clean food. I am a frequent customer at this location and the food is always consistent , always... delicious and tasty. The customer service at this location is always great. They are always friendly and helpful. Food is alwaysfresh and delicious. I like the fact that they serve 100% clean food , without any artificial preservatives, sweeteners,colors,etc... that is really rare to find these days anywhere. The food is consistent and is prepared like it is suppose tobe. The restaurant is clean and the cashiers were nice and remembered to ask me about my Panera rewards. They don?t havedrive-thru , but their curbside pick up is very efficient. They have nice patio, which I like very much. Overall: Panera Bread at this location never disappoints , it serves always fresh and delicious food ! Which I can?t say for other locations. Read more
Absolutely wonderful! Food was great! Service was great! Place was very clean and quiet. The only downside was that there was... not much pastry BUT we were there about mid-afternoon so I can understand why. Now I know if I want pastry, get there beforelunch ????. Very pleased with the vegetarian options here. Definitely coming back. Read more
