This location is very close to my house and was an easy go-to when I have not been feeling well. First visit the chicken noodle... soup was luke-warm and 90% broth, not a single piece of chicken found. Second attempt, after verbally confirming a customizedsandwich, it arrived standard and with all regular toppings. When dealing with intestinal illnesses, which can make having anappetite alone very difficult, it absolutely sucked to have multiple, Expensive, orders arrive incorrectly. Last and final timei'm ever ordering from here is tonight, where my delivery order has taken over an hour to process. Driver ended up waiting attheir facility for over 20 minutes, no idea why he stayed. I called Panera to check on the order and they said they have notseen any order for my name arrive tonight, it's nowhere to be found, so I called the driver and he somehow managed to grab theorder and is on the way. Horrible last 3 experiences here and a waste of at least $20 in incorrect orders. Read more
My husband and I went to this location on 10/5 at 8:15pm and had a very unexpectedly amazing experience. It was a very simple... night and our orders were basic but the interactions we had were just so sweet. We expected some understandably annoyedemployees because we came so late and wouldn?t blame them for wanting to go home for the night but that is not what we got.Great customer service is so simple but can make a huge impression. This Panera is very fast - especially their order ahead service. I come here often because it is very close to work and I have... the drink club. Some of their lemonades/teas are just flat out weird but the papaya green tea is soooo good!! I think it is abit overpriced for the type of food they sell but that's corporates problem. The staff are very nice and quick. Read more

went here with a few buddies. The Signature is the worst sandwich I?ve had from a sandwich place in a while. Dry beyond words,... bread to content proportion is abysmal. The Chipotle Chicken Pizza was really good though. Great service too. Read more
