Ordered online from this location, my sandwich arrived with a clump of hair in it! So gross. They refunded the cost of the... sandwich, but I?m still out money for delivery fee and tip for driver with no food that?s edible. Wouldn?t order from thislocation again. My expectations for Panera bread is already low initially. But this one still found a way to still let me down. The level of... cleanliness is laughable. I showed up at 730pm on a Monday and they?re already attempting to pre-close. I waited 15 minutes fora grilled cheese sandwich, and had to overhear the kitchen team literally talk about nothing, they where pretty slow as well. Ihad to approach the kitchen staff and ask if my order was ready they just sat it on the counter and didn?t attempt to call aname out or anything. They then proceeded to make my food incorrectly. Came in here and ate , witnessed a employee drop a coffee item on the floor. Something that used by customers for coffee.... Instead of taking it back to the back she put it back on the counter for everyone to use. Restroom is very bad . There werepiles of dirty dishes everywhere. Not sure what?s going on with this Panera bread location but it seems to be bad every time Iwalk in there. I belong to the sip club so I often visit it to cash in on my drinks. Read more
This location is decent. Cashiers are typically unenthusiastic and recently, a bit rude. Take for example, Alyssa. Came in to... place an order as usual and was placing an order for a sandwich. I asked "Can you please add extra bacon?" and she replied, "Ican ADD bacon, not EXTRA bacon since it doesn't come with it." And yes, with an attitude. No need for the tone? I've been acashier at fast foods- for a simple request, it's not that hard. It's just an odd response with an odd tone. Then a few little'clever' remarks from her. Anyways, food is always amazing. Slightly over priced. "You Choose 2" combo is never worth it-there's no additional discounts for choosing 2 items; it's literally just 2 items to order. Though, the value duet is amazing.I love the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Food is high quality. Service is decent. Prices are not my favorite. Give it a try. Read more
Wanted to rant about a couple days ago when the customer service was off the hook! My boy Ronnie made my day. I work in the... plaza and often call my lunch in. Today for whatever reason my app decided to make it for a different Panera? when I came in toget my lunch I was disappointed it wasn?t there. Even though it was 100% my goof Ronnie went above and beyond making me my foodtimely and helping me out. I appreciate this little place. Ordered Panera Bread for dinner through Uber Eats. My broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl was delicious! My husband ordered... the pick two deal that included tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Both were very good. Gave this 4 stars instead of 5because the portions were a little small for the price (it would've been better priced obviously if it wasn't delivered). Stillrecommended. Read more
This was the first and last time I went there. The bathrooms (both for men and women) were filthy. Wonder when they were cleaned... the last time. Don't they say the bathroom is an indicator on how clean the kitchen is? The knives we received were also dirty.Thinking about it now makes me want to puke. Obviously will not go there again.
