Great service, lovely employees! The customers were a bit rude and judgmental and made me feel for the employees.

What can I say, the staff at the 3999 Las Vegas Boulevard are brilliant. As a traveller from the UK, I really wanted a Chinese... meal , quite close to us. Unfortunately I couldn't purchase online as I needed a zip code and UK uses post codes - AlphaNumeric. I phoned and was answered by Briana, who told me how to get to their Panda Express from the Luxor. Off we went and thedirections were perfect. We ordered and the young lady who served us was good to. She asked the staff to cook fresh dishes forus. A fantastic experience, the food was 10/10, but we were most impressed by the service that these young ladies gave. Thankyou. Place closes at 9pm. They stop cooking at 8pm, does not match google maps. They served us already packed fried rice.
Quick, inexpensive, tasty, clean.... Better than paying double inside a hotel and walking distance from MGM, Mandalay, Luxor,... etc Read more
The food it's ok no a big deal no flavor like all fast food, and there is only one toilet for a big restaurant is not enough... the thing that I like here is the parking with easy access right on Vegas Blvd but other than that it's better to spend a littlemore money and go somewhere else Read more
The service at Panda Express goes from bad to worse, the food itself is good! But the service leaves a lot to be desired. I... can't eat rice or chow main, so when I order without these meals, they overcharge me. And when I ask for the entrees, theyration them as if I were in a concentration camp during the war. It gives me the impression that the employees are the ones whopay for what I am going to eat! I ordered broccoli with meat and they only served me 3 small pieces of meat.
