I always go to this location and never experience BAD customer service EVER. But I guess it?s a first for everything. I walked... into the store and there?s a man being helped by another gentleman so I?m waiting patiently for it to be my turn to place myorder. When the man behind the counter gets done his order instead of greeting me and moving on to helping me he turns to one ofthe young ladies workers say something to her and they walk to the back. Another young lady and I believe her name is Juana(that?s the name on the receipt) sees what he just did and she immediately acknowledge and proceeds to help me with my ordersince the gentleman felt the need to not do that. Not sure if he?s a manager or what I feel like that was very rude andunprofessional and not how you treat people. And even after all this still did not make sense about this. And once the younglady was done with my order he quickly comes back to help the same that man was waiting for fresh food. it?s not that thecustomer before me didn?t know how to speak English because that customer knew how to speak English very well and so did thegentleman that was behind the counter so it?s not like it was a language barrier or anything, So I don?t understand why he felthe had to be so rude. I have been coming to this location for over 6yrs and have seen its service go down. Today for lunch ordered a 2 item plate and... was serve kids meal portions. Rice was overcooked and dry. Chicken tasted old like it had been under heat lamp for awhile. Askfor soy sauce and received teriyaki sauce. Those are completely different sauces. This was my first time at this particular location. I got my usual Fried Rice, beef and broccoli, and orange chicken. The first... thing I noticed was the egg roll looked extra crispy. See the picture. I should have waited for them to make a fresh batch, butI didn't know for sure if it would be worth the wait. I normally like their egg rolls, but I can't eat this one. Also, thefried rice looks good, but it tastes burnt. I have never had a problem with fried rice from any other location. My wife saysher chicken from her teriyaki chicken is more fatty than normal. She says in general, something is off and doesn't taste quiteright. I think from now on, I will stick with the South Rainbow location. Read more

Well this is a fast food place with no drive thru!! Food is ok, location is sometimes fill with homeless and drug users around,... Ladies walking down the strip too!!!! Well who knows their style of life or problems, going back to the restaurant from theminute you walk in they salude you in a way too Fake!!! Lol pls be a little natural and not to much, also was no body behind meand a guy behind the counter was in a hurry to sell me everything!!!!? The whole restaurant with employees I guess, At least letpeople read the menú!!!!! Also at the time to pay the cashier don?t hand you back your order even if he have your credit cardin his hand!!? Makes me feel like i was gonna run with their food with out paying!!! Please don?t do that! If you have customerscredit card in your hands, at least be faster and don?t embarrassing your self, to the owners, don?t tell your employees to pushdrinks or more food and gave us time to think!!!!! Very nice service. I came around lunchtime 12 PM there was a minor wait time. The manager was very cheerful and the entire staff... were friendly. The food quality is superb compared to other locations I?ve visited. Expect to spend anywhere from $10-$20 Read more
