This was the best Panda I've ever went to in Las Vegas. Mainly due to the service of the beautiful women they have working here.... They asked & verified if you'd rather wait for a fresh batch of food instead of giving you the older batch that was left over.Typically @ Panda they just give you whatever is left in the pan but not this 1 & that was very refreshing to be asked if yourather wait or just get whatever is left if your maybe in a time crunch. VISITED: 11/16/2020 FOOD: low quality on angus meat, flavorless chow mein which had to recooked it at home by adding more sauce,... broccoli and steak was tasting cornstarch, the only thing that was ok were the egg rolls and steam veggies. SERVICE: staff werecourteous, helpful with a smile on????????. OVERALL: don?t know what happened to that store, been coming for awhile but this isa third time that happened (didn?t complain before because it was a minor issue) gave them another visit to see if it was betterbut not, food not up to standards for the prices. 3rd Strike. We eat here way more than we should and my kids love it. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I usually get take out.

This is the worse location. I wanted to upgrade A combination plate with more entree items.. She said she cant waiste the bowl... to go container and gave mini side boxes instead Which isn't the same amount of food.. So I just changed to my mind On buyingfood, because she wanted to make the morning difficult Just to save some to go boxes. It made me not want to even order the foodanymore which ends up wasting the the boxes anyways and and giving dad add service makes you lose more money because I am nevergoing there again... I've had a really bad experience with this location in the past and the past and thought I'd give themanother shot. But same thing, Terrible customer service I just want to buy my food and eat and leave. I don't know what's thematter with this location and these people. Terrible Service is costing you more money money in sales, Then it would be to Savea tiny side to go carton box. Sad. Read more

Cook was touching food without gloves. Found a hair in my food. ???? couldn?t even finish the teriyaki it wasn?t cook well.

I picked up some food here last night, but the service and safety protocol was abhorrent. I waited outside for well over... 20-minutes because only one person was servicing the few customers they had. And other staff members were seemingly millingabout in the kitchen area, doing nothing as far as I could tell. The one girl serving only had two speeds, slow and stop. Idon't mind waiting when there are many customers in line, but this was ridiculous. There was very little, if any, adherence tothe safety protocols. People were sitting in restricted areas that didn't work at Panda Express, and distancing had noenforcement. The space just inside the front door didn't allow for enough social distancing, which no one in Panda Express evenbothered to check. The food at Panda Express is generally okay as it was last night. Still, in the future, I'll most likelypatronize another Panda Express because of the lack of safety measures at this particular store. RECOMMENDED: Only if desperatefor Chinese food. SERVICE: Not particularly good. PRICE: $$ COVID: Does not follow strict COVID-19 guidelines. PARKING: Minimalparking in the front area. Difficult to find a convenient parking spot. Read more
