Horrible drive-through experience, I ordered a kids meal for my son and a drink without ice and they didn?t put ice in the drink... but they only gave me half a drink!!! The cup was half empty!!! Really bad food. The chow main is either burnt or dry (extremely dry). They messed up my order today and left out a small box I... paid for. I would recommend going to another location just because of the taste of the chow main. Read more
This restaurant has gone done quite a bit in the last year. Let 3 times we've eaten here they've messed up the order. Today they... were very unfriendly and we got all the way home to see they had forgotten an entire entree. I've asked for a refund before andwas told they can't do refunds... guess we'll be finding a new location. Read more
They have barely been open about an hour and this is what their string beans already look like? Yeah right, go ahead and try to... convince me they aren't throwing the leftovers in a container over night and giving them to customers the next day. Went through the drive through. Placed my order was asked to go park because they needed to make more honey walnut shrimp &... mushroom chicken. So I had no problem waiting. So I got my food home the honey walnut shrimp was burnt so was the mushroomchicken. That was bad ????. Will not be going back. ???? Read more
Always delicious food! We?ve been eating here for years. The Beijing Beef and String Bean Chicken are always so good! The staff... is always friendly and quick, even when you have to wait for a fresh/new batch of food. We never mind the wait as the food isalways well worth it and fresh. We will definitely continue to eat here often! Read more
The night shift is just terrible. Not only is the service extremely slow, both dining in and drive through, but the quality of... food is much lower. 10+ minute wait times are average if you don't have another customer before you in line. When the food andother items are handed to you, it's almost a gamble if everything you request is provided. There have been a few timeschopsticks, forks, sauces, and even a whole menu item has been missing. The most recent experience was my last at thislocation. Not only were forks and requested sauces missing, the pot stickers looks as though they were DROPPED ON THE FLOOR. Iattached an image of said item. Panda Express is usually one of the best food chains that friends and myself enjoy. It's ashame that the crew is ruining the company's reputation. I see there are a lot of similar concerns from other customers. We'renot asking for over the top service, the minimum requirements would be a great improvement to the current situation. Read more
