It's Panda but they all vary in their ability to consistently cook the dishes across various sites in the area. Of the 3 in the... immediate Summerlin area, there are striking differences in terms of rice (some bland, some hard, some heavy of peas/carrots),portion sizes vary with the main items, spiciness of the orange chicken varies, and more. All in all, the location in downtownSummerlin has the best of all offerings. Avoid Red Rock casino unless you like eating rock rice. Read more
This location used to be just ok, same as any other Panda Express, not too fancy not too bad either. But one thing was a... constant and it was the quality and quantity of the food. This is what we got after waiting for a while to get a Beijing beefand teriyaki chicken plate. They put a few measly pieces and they did not even cut them thoroughly. Not coming back here, thisis not rocket science and its not coming out of their paycheck. I don?t understand how it can worth letting your customersleaving hungry and ripped off. Read more
Sadly this location is the closest to my house. so I come here often because I love panda express but honestly Im just going to... have start to driving to another location. Hopefully I don't have to deal with employees that are always messing up yourorder!!! So last night was so bad ,they have a lot of customers and they are running out of food for whatever reason and notonly do they not give you enough!! Cause they barely serve you the portion of your choice. And you don't even have many choices to pick from cause they are out!! but when they don't have something you ask for it so I did and they made me wait 20 minutesand they keep cooking something else, something else, something else and never what I had asked for so I had to pick somethingelse and leave. So seriously avoid going to this location unless you want to wait forever , get serve a very little amount offood and ended up walking out with whatever they have cause they are out of choices. The food is tasty and the service is nice. A-rating from the health department of Clark county. Which is excellent. From my... experience, this is one of the better Panda Expresses. Food here has been fresh. Note: this is the Panda Express on Charlestonand hualapai. The one inside Red Rock is a little disappointing. 4/12/22- busy at night and looking for workers. $14-18 tostart. We ordered a big plate, double orange chicken, however it looks as if it's a single. The attitude of the staff was abysmal. Not... the mention the different taste then other places that I have tired for example the Panda express by Rainbow and SpringMountain. The orange chicken was bland despite having sauce on top of it. My reviews currently have over 46K views on Google. I went there last night to order a carry out meal. I get to the order lady... to tell her what I would like, and there were only 3-4 pieces of Beyond Orange Chicken left in her bowl. I wanted to order 2plates with the Beyond Orange Chicken, and they surely did not have enough for my order. My mind had a flashback to the lasttime I was there 3-4 weeks ago....when they once again had only 3-4 pieces left. I then had to wait 20-25 minutes for them tocook a new batch of Beyond Orange Chicken!!! I wasn't expecting to wait THAT long, as a matter of fact, I thought that you justwalk through their line, tell them what you'd like, and they place it in your container, then you pay and go. Those people thereDIDN'T do ANYTHING for the inconvenience of them making me wait THAT long for my order, no discount or anything. Back to mymost recent visit last night. So, I told the order lady of my prior experience, and then I decided to speak to a manager. I toldthe lady manager of my prior experience. She did apologize however, she made EXCUSES as to why I had to wait that long the lasttime. The ONLY reason why I didn't have to wait 20-25 minutes last night was because one of the people in front of me orderedthe Beyond Orange Chicken. They had already begun making the next batch for the other customer. I would have be SO heated onceagain if I had to wait ANOTHER 20-25 minutes!!! I suggested to the lady manager that they need to make larger batches of theBeyond Orange Chicken. I said that people don't come in here to order this kind of food thinking that they would have to wait20-25 mins like they would at sit down restaurant.
