It was an interesting time in my life when I worked here, and this is not the first Panda location I have worked at. Managers... tend to only hire candidates that are of the same culture/language as they are (specifically Mexican and Filipino managers). Iwould go as far as saying they are even a little (a lotta) racist. I have observed on more than one occasion Filipino andMexican associates underserving black customers, putting small portions on their plate, or denying or charging for certainsauces. As for hiring opportunities, I recall once a female manager named Caren saying "they don't like to work hard" inreference to her hesitation in considering black candidates, saying that "they work for one week and then they quit", which Iwish I would have recorded our conversation during that part. Out of all the jobs I've held in my years, this one was by farthe worst. The employees at this location refer to each other as "buey" and "cabrona" which is derogatory names in Spanish, andthis is NORMAL to them. The culture here is just toxic. I couldn't stay here any longer. Leaving this place was the best thing Idid for my mental health. Read more

So you order online and they have a dedicated line for online orders. so i go to the register marked "online orders" while the... register next to it has an employee helping other customers, understandable, they were there first. 3 customers go by before imacknowledged and informed someone will be with me shortly. another 3 go by before a second employee comes up to me, and gives memy food. Also she asked for verification of my order. this is understandable, dont want orders getting mixed up, however if thisis a store policy it would be nice to let the customer know, since there is nothing in my confirmation email of my order sayingi need to bring my phone in when i order. FYI i never receive an email saying my order is ready, so not sure exactly what sortof " proof" i am supposed to show the worker, considering i could just show her an old email right? This is the third time weorder and it takes longer than 5 minutes to finalize everything. Seems like it makes more sense to just go in and order inperson than ordering ahead just to wait an extra ten minutes . Read more

Honestly the worst experience. Waited over 15min in line for my food and when it comes down to paying they couldnt get my order... correct. Took another 5-10 min to wait and have them check plate for plate to see which one was mine. I get home and ended upgetting someone else?s order. Come home to two different orders. Paid $35 for plates that weren?t mine. Honestly disappointed.Had like 10 people in the kitchen and everyone was acting like it was break time. Never stepping foot on this location. Read more
