Pampas was a good choice to experience. I bought the lunch from Groupon. I strongly recommend you to get your deal from... Groupon. My daughter and I spend 60.00 all together with the meal & tax & tips. The place was dark and relaxing. They have thecommon salad bar and hot side. The meat was season and cook to my liking. Amazing delicious experience. I highly recommend if you're in the area and want a fancier dinner. The cut meats were above and... beyond my expectations, the temperatures were perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly. I always got what I needed without havingto ask. I could even request a specific meat if I wanted it quickly. This place was excellent!!! Food was hot, fresh , and delicious! Service was slow to start but once we were acknowledged it was... party on!!!! Salad, sides,and cheese plate brought to table. Absolutely The Worst!! Just because someone had a coupon or discount does not mean they deserve any less service or less food... quality. We were seated right away & ordered, for our salads & almost half way thru our meal we finally received our drinks.Well see our server twice although the tables around us were getting great service, he ignored us. The food was extremely dry &over cooked. We asked for rare steak & it was medium well to well done. Food was tasty but luke warm at best. I had to ask forour bill & 15 minutes later we received our then even though we were ready to pay, we had to wait another 10 minutes. Sure tothis, we had to pay more for our parking as well were over the limit! We usually tip extremely well, bit this time... Noservice... No tip!!! We were given these coupons as a gift... We were given a free lunch for two that ended up costing me 78 dollars. 8 of which was a piece of cheesecake they brought to my... husband for his birthday, that I did not ask for! Rude to bring a birthday dessert with a candle, then slip it into the bill!!!The salads were very basic, American style. For a Brazilian restaurant i was expecting a different offering than what you findat every buffet in town! The staff wasn't super friendly either, so that too was a disappointment.
