Can't really go wrong with this place. Wherever I visit one, it's always the high standards of quality food and great friendly... service. My buddy treated me for my birthday. Aside from the beers we ordered taking a little long to get to our table,everything was great. I mean, if they didn't take so long to bring to the table, we probably would have gotten 2 each but hey,saved us money, I guess. Changs spicy chicken and Mongolian beef were both great. All enjoy this for lunch or dinner. We picked three entrees. Crisp Golden Honey Mongolian Beef & Sesame Chicken All were lunch... menu plates. Very good portions with brown & white rice. This place very clean, we'll air conditioned. Staff & manager friendly.Great service. Highly recommend this one. Read more
I met myfriend of 35 years there for lunch today! Our server was great and the food was delicious as usual! But, the highlight... of the day was the hostess! She was very lively and helpful. We love the red hair and the shiny nails. Thanks for taking care ofus! Read more
Visited: 8/28/22 Food: 1 to 10 I’ll give them 7 due to beef on fried rice was way over cooked almost burn, Service: great,... I’ll give them ???????????????????????? thank you Maria and the host guy which unfortunately I don’t know hisname. Comments: for a party of two it took awhile to get our food ready, we noticed on a table next to us they received theirfood ahead of us even after they came after us and they where more than 4 people seated, may try again and if it’s betterI’ll update the review. PF Chang’s food always tastes fresh and Amazing. We had made reservations however it seems like the reservation portal never... works as employees always seem confused when you advise them of the reservation. The service was on point as the server wasattentive and responsive. Read more
The moment we came in they asked if we did have reservations. I told the lady i checked the website and i cant do reservation... and no info if there is party over 5 or more that we need to call. At first she dont want to entertain us because of that. Shehave to talk the manager first. But eventually they did let us in. The only food that i liked so far is the pan seared sea bass.The appetizers like calamaris is so dry and the rest it was okay. Overall the service is pretty good. Read more
We were in the Boca Park area & honestly I've not been to PF Changs in years!! But the girls have never been, so I said why not,... let's go. Then I found myself getting excited. Thinking about those yummy lettuce wraps & Dan Dan noodles I used to love! So Iwas so happy they still had the wraps, but sadly no Dan Dan noodles. But they do have most of the old faves & a whole lot of newmenu items they didn't have back in the day, like sushi, & Dim Sum dumplings, etc. So of course we had a little of everything &it was very flavorful & tasty. Service was great.. Everything was enjoyed by all! I happy to see the old place is still busy &growing after all these years. We will definitely be back & thank you for the experience. Read more
I’m sitting here now. It’s been an hour, with one server who is overwhelmed , slow, slothful, and unable to serve me at a... normal pace. and not able to take care of the 12 tables she seems to be assigned. An hour has passed by. I’ve had to ask forsauce twice… I’ve not been able to eat the dish I ordered because there was no sauce to give it flavor which it neededbecause it was dryer than usual. The server is too busy to help me. Which I blame on management. Because one person can onlydo so much. And with this many people, the managers should have trained and hired more help. But the server isn’t that greateither. She is very overweight and I’m sure that adds to her inability to serve in a more efficient way. I’ve been hereone hour with very little care. Got one drink. Got given a bill before I even got to order a second drink. Or even to receivemy to go entree . It’s extremely insulting. She also forgot my to go drink which was a coconut drink. I’m really boredwith these big corporations and their inability to provide good food and service without insulting the soul. It had been yearssince I have come here. And now I remember why. Not at all inclined to return at this rate. Whatever. I can cook at home andhave a better time too! Read more
