Super easy check in. I was given the perfect room to accommodate my handicap, free play coupons, and good directions. The... friendliest casino staff I have ever seen. I had help with my players card, uploading free credits, and no standing in line asmachines can cash you out. Easy access to Hooters food on the ground floor. Their bar Margaritas were not watered or too strongbut just right. The air exchange works and it wasn't too smokey. I had a deposit coming back at check out and Margaret made thateasy, too. This is a hidden gem. It's also my new hotel of choice. Read more

So the OYO - Great downstairs... Steak n Shake, amazing!!! Hooters, AMAZING!!! Gambling was great fun, staff very friendly.... Upstairs - Ice machine leaking, sink in our room was blocked for the whole 10 days and we complained 3 times but nothing wasdone, connecting doors to the bedroom which is weird and we heard every word they were saying, the room wasn't cleaned for thewhole time we were there (no bed change and had to ask for clean towels). 10 days is a long time for nothing to be done as it'sunhygienic. I would suggest to change it to every 3 days as i would agree a room doesn't need to be cleaned everyday... Would istay here again??? Probably if things were changed but if not then no. Read more

Definitely a three star hotel. I almost thought twice about staying in one and its not quite on the strip but I'm glad I stayed.... I upgraded to a premium strip view room which was more money but well worth the extra cost. So I cant speak for the other roomsin the hotel. I was on the 15th floor and had an awesome view. Its a little dated pretty old building but the inside of therooms were very decent and clean. Just as good as staying right on strip. They had really good music by the pool and gave twofor one drink tickets to their main bar. Great way to save money on drinks in Vegas! Went to the hooters restaurant and had abuffalo chicken salad that I was pretty happy with. Also free parking you cant ask for more on the strip these days with all thecrazy fees they have now. Although only a three star hotel I would stay again. Really easy access to the monorail right acrossthe street so you don't have to walk to far to get to anything on the strip. Read more

I stayed in 2019 for 8 nights. The staff at the time no matter what area inside you visited were the friendliest and most fun... I had had in a long time. The room was clean and comfortable. The daily cleaning staff were on point with replacing towels andtiding up. I didn't use them everyday and I didn't leave my room a mess. The restaurant's were good as well. There wasKaraoke in the bar area and the layout and location is prime and affordable for a longer stay. It is a no brainer where I willstay on my return. Read more

Only lets me give one star..... Deserves far less. First room smelled like a moldy dish towel, found out why when my wife... stepped in a puddle next to the bed, then the bathroom lights started flickering. Wife was promptly told they only have oneother room they could give us because they were bumping people that booked from a 3rd party. Second room when we walked in andthe door closed the sensor "for the ac" fell off the ceiling. Checked for bedbugs (surprised there wasn't any) but instead wasgreeted by blood flecks on the white sheets. Maid at least came and changed them. Tried to head out to attempt to enjoy a nightout, but one elevator was stuck on level six for over an hour, the other one didn't go to out level. Hallways seemed to be nonair conditioned and smelled like a back alley full of urine. Stairs at our end of the hall stopped at level two, had to walk tothe other end of the hall and those stairs drop you at the employee locker room and food/dish prep areas. Ate at hooters and 30minutes later had horrible stomach cramps. Rushed to the room and tried to take a shower....15 minutes till the water got hot,as soon as I got in the water (I piss harder than the water pressure) it went straight to 50 degrees, played with the knobs andcouldn't get it to stay warm it kept switching to cold and barely warm and mostly cold. Next morning decided let's tray andenjoy the pool... Nope there as well all it smelled of was reclaimed sewer water. The only time I smiled was when I was leavingthat hell hole. Only thing I would recommend is that that the facility be bulldozed and sanitized. Read more
