The food is usually good. I like their steak and everyone in the family can find something they like. That being said the... service bordered on terrible. I realize that hiring people lately is a nightmare. We had to ask over and over again for ourcondiments. We even asked another waiter and never saw him again after that. Finally our waitress brought what we asked for. They have a critical shortage of help and immediately upon coming into work our waitress was overwhelmed. But the three girlsat the podium instead of helping were still all there at the podium when we left. So sad they have no initiative to help otherthan standing at the podium. A job can just be a job or you can make yourself useful and as I found in my jobs the evening goesquickly when your busy . So don't expect to be waited on quickly make sure to leave plenty of time. Gabby was our server and she was absolutely outstanding! Very attentive to our group of 9 as well as three other tables. None... of our drinks went empty and the food was decent. Nothing spectacular but one of our steaks was over cooked. The manager, Bobby,was on top of it and has the kitchen redo it for us. The sides were on point and tasted amazing. If we?re ever in there areaagain we will definitely go for a meal or three. Read more
Food was great service was really bad tonight. Took a half an hour before we placed our order for our dinner took 15 minutes to... get our drinks from the bar and the kitchen forgot our salad dressing on our salad. We were given silverware after we werealmost done with our bloomin onion so of course that means we didn't have any napkins...It was just really bad service tonightbut at least the food was good. They have a lunch special Monday to Friday that (I think) is from noon to 4pm that has unlimited soup and salad for $10. I got... the loaded potato soup, which is my favorite, and the blue cheese wedge, which is delicious! The staff was all very friendly andhelpful. Definitely recommend the soup and salad or the Blooming Onion Fried Chicken (which is their blooming onion batter on achicken breast and is super tasty). Read more
Let me start by saying the service was great. Dominique was super nice and tried to take care of us as best as she could. To... start out our experience the bread was warm when it came out and the butter was soft very delicious. Then our first bloomingonion came out and it was burnt so we had to send it back. The second blooming onion also looked well done but not as bad asthe first one. The manager brought it out and assured us that's the way it's supposed to look however, after having manyblooming onions throughout the years I can honestly say it was also well done. I told the manager that maybe the oil was bad anhe said they change the oil everyday. To top that off the center of the onion wasn't even completely cooked. Then one of ourcloth napkins with utensils was dirty and given to us that way. When the food came out the mild wimgs looked burnt and weresuper greasy. One of the stakes was supposed to be medium well but instead came out medium. When it was brought back it lookedburnt. The manager did come back out and offer us dessert but by that time the food experience was so bad that we just wanted toleave and call it a night. The food was decent, the waiter was nice. He needs more help though. And the kitchen really needs to read their order... screens/tickets. Make sure the food has all its components before sending it out ????. Other wise this place usually doesn'tdisappoint. Read more
