I love the flavor & freshness of their food! They obviously use high quality ingredients, and their chicken and beef is always... cooked to perfection, never overcooked. They have an excellent variety of vegan and vegetarian options: Their plant based quesois PHENOMENAL, and better than any dairy based cheese sauce I've ever had! I love that I can add cubed potatoes and cabbage tomy burrito or bowl, instead of the usual water-logged lettuce from Chipotle or Cafe Rio. Their shredded beef is always tenderand flavorful, and their salty lime flavored tortilla chips are very addicting. I have to admit that for the price, the portionsare getting smaller when I order a bowl. Ordering a burrito seems to be the better value, with anywhere from 25% - 30% morefood. I never walk away paying less than $18 for just myself, without a drink. I think it's worth it, just not too often. Theonly complaint I have is the atmosphere and service, which is why I only get takeout anymore. Whenever I walk in during a lull,the staff seem so annoyed to have to stop what they're doing to take my order. I always patiently wait in line, quiet andsmiling, while they all stand around and chat. I've never complained to them and always am respectful, and I've seen them dothis to others too, so I know its not personal. It usually takes a solid 2 minutes for someone to take my order when it's justme. Another thing is the atmosphere is very unwelcoming after 6pm. They close at 8pm, but as early as 6pm the staff arrange allthe chairs in the dining room into one big circle, so no one can sit there. That leaves only 4-6 huge booths to sit in, and manyof those booths are occupied by single guests. I get takeout almost all the time now, so it doesn't bother me too much. Justseems rude. Great concept. But not done very well. The black beans were undercooked and cold and the diced chicken was room temperature.

This place was a quick stop but was amazing! Everyone was nice! The food was so fresh! We got a huge steak burrito, a chicken... bowl with guacamole, and chicken taquitos! This is my go-to place after the gym. Zaba's is a healthy alternative to fast food. It is one of the only Mexican places that... offer potatoes and shrimp as items for your meal. The food quality is superb, and the staff is amiable. Usually very fast andalways enough food to keep you full. Portion sizes are above average, which sets them apart in a good way. I have loved Zabas since they first started coming up in Vegas. Despite the high prices, I still come often specially when deals... are around. Like that 85% off post on fb years ago and the Cinco de Mayo discounts on Burritos. Though with the socialdistancing rules in place, you don't get to watch them make your food like usuall and I warn you, you might wanna check itbefore u head home.
