Delicious! We were looking for a lighter lunch and although it's noodles, the regular size is definitely a good light lunch.... Just enough to get you full but not overly full. The Japanese style rich uni udon was fresh! Fully enjoyed the dashi. Slightlydisappointed that the wasabi tastes wasn't really there but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The uni was fresh. You know bad uniwhen you taste it and this was definitely a fresh uni. The karage and grilled squid were delightful. My fiance enjoyed the nabeyaki and his brother liked the tempura kage. Let me tell you as a native Japanese. This UDON is the best and most authentic straight from Japan, trust me, it can't get any... better than this. Further more, addition to the best UDON you can ever get, all the appetizers and deserts are first class aswell! I come here every month. One of the best Japanese food in Vegas, hands down! This place is so delicious! There Smoked Salmon Lemon Creamy Udon is my favorite! We also tried one of there long wagyu rolls,... they're pretty pricey at around $40 but definitely worth it. So far everything we've ordered has been tasty. Definitelyrecommend! Read more
