Easily one of the best steakhouses I've been to and I consider myself a steak connoisseur. I ordered the maple bacon, Caesar... salad, and the domestic snake river wagyu. The maple bacon is ridiculously tender. The Caesar salad was filling and delicious.The wagyu was incredible. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Never had a 6oz that had me sosatisfied. One Steakhouse from a service perspective was great as well. We had a waitress named Gabby and she was attentive,and informative of the menu and what we should try. She was awesome. The whole staff was great and the decor felt very upscale.If you're in Virgin hotel or in the area, please visit. You won't be disappointed. And it was my birthday! Yay! Read more
Excellent presentation, delicious appetizers, fantastic wine selection, super accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Very... intimate setting, Absolutely perfect for a night out with your friends or date night. The Tomahawk steak was amazing! Didn't think I'd like it with the jalapeño but it was surprisingly good. We also did the... seafood platter, food was good but expected more for the price. This was our first visit and I must say it was very enjoyable. First of all, the atmosphere is very chill. Not to dark or loud... with noise. The service was excellent. Very professional and friendly. The food was very good. As an appetizer, we had thecrab cake which was delicious. We tried both the tomato and burrata salad along with the ceasar salad and both were very tasty. I had the 6oz filet butterflied to perfection. The meat was nice and tender and seasoned nicely. The half chicken was alsogood. The only thing we didn't like was short rib rigatoni. It really didn't have much flavor or taste to it. Other than that, Ihighly recommend this restaurant!!! Read more
The most amazing steakhouse off the strip in all of Vegas. You must go here if you want top end service and prime grade steak in... an absolutely way cool venue. The whole menu is amazing. Huge wine list and crazy good cocktails. Stellar service as well. TheNY strip is outstanding, the ribeye is as well. The grilled octopus is amazing as is the Brussels sprouts and roastedcauliflower side dishes. You will not leave here disappointed. You pay higher prices here sure but you get every penny of whatyou pay for here as well. Read more
My husband and I used to try different steakhouses or restaurants in general once a week until we had kids. This was one rare... occasion that we got a chance to go out and eat with friends. We came here again since we loved the food so much the last timewe came here. The first time we celebrated our friend's bday with four people in our party and ordered $500 worth of appetizers,entrees, desserts and drinks. We were not disappointed. This time, we celebrated two birthdays, and we had five people ordering$800 of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks. We ordered oysters, yamachi, octopus, and shrimp for appetizers. We also eachordered a ribeye steak for our entree. The lobster Mac n' cheese is a must. I never ate Mac n' cheese as a kid, and I only ateit when my husband introduced it to me 26 years ago when we first got together. I am not a Mac n' cheese fan, but this side dishis definitely making me a fan. It is rich, cheesy, and filling. The asparagus and mushroom side dishes are also delicious andcooked well. Their sangria is strong, but delicious. My husband used to cook the steaks for TBones at Redrock Casino when theyfirst opened and worked their for several years. He said this place knows how to cook a ribeye, and I got it for the first timeon our second visit. Usually at steakhouses, I get seafood, mainly salmon or some type of fish. However, I decided to get theribeye. It really was delicious, and I am not a steak person. I really only ever eat the steak my husband cooks because he knowshow I like it. However, this was the first time I did not regret spending money on a piece of meat at a restaurant when I canhave my husband make it for me at home. This is also the first time we have ever spent this much at a restaurant and asteakhouse. We like going to Oscar's steakhouse, but now we like this ONE. Amazing steakhouse. Our server Kurt was absolutely amazing at recommending entrees on the menu. There's 3 steaks they have that... is off the menu. All the steaks we had are exquisite and breathtaking. We had a great desserts as well but the chocolate cakewas the best. Read more
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Steakhouse! You don't need to be on the strip to get awesome steakhouse.... Everything was soooo delicious and cooked to perfection! I should of took more pictures to show the other dishes. The Icebergsalad was so good and refreshing, the complimentary bread was very fresh and warm. The Chard Spanish Octopus was unbelievablyflavorful and meaty. The sauteed veggies that came with it was yummy. The Baked Short Rib rigatoni was very good and theColorado Lamb Chops was literally one of the best Lamb chops we ever had. I love the choices on the menu as it seems othersteakhouses become so generic and not make the food as unique. I almost forgot... we also ordered the Onion soup. It was soooocheesy and good.
